L’ Ulivo is a stone accommodation located along the Otranto-S. Maria di Leuca coast, in the Marina di Novaglie, 500 meters from the sea.

The structure is inside a complex with two other apartments, which is accessed by a private driveway, equipped with a parking lot.

The interior consists of a double bedroom, two bathrooms with large showers, and a spacious living area with a well-equipped kitchen and 2 single sofa beds, suitable for 2 children. (the maximum capacity is recommended for 2 adults and 2 children or for 3 adults)

Outside, a shaded private patio with table, lounge, deck chairs and barbecue.

In the garden, a swimming pool where you can lie down in the cool shade of centuries-old olive trees and various plants typical of the Mediterranean scrub.

Wonderful House with nice landlady

We can only recommend the complex and the nice family as landlords. The house is in a quiet location and excellently maintained. The landlady replies within a few minutes via Whatsup and is very, very nice! We recommend a car as the region has little tourism. If that appeals to you, you should spend your vacation in this beautiful resort!

Lovely quiet but not isolated stay

This home is just off the beautiful coast road along the Adriatic coast and a few kilometres above Santa Maria di Leuca. The home is spacious, well decorated and comfortable. The pool is gorgeous and at least for our stay, we had it to ourselves. From this base, it's easy to reach a multitude of other places such as Gallipoli, Lecce, Otranto and of course SM di Leuca. There's a communal laundry area that's shared with the two other properties on the site. It's about a 700 metre walk down to the shore at Marina di Novaglie where you can join the coastal path (perhaps to walk down to Il Ciolo) or enjoy a lovely meal at Lo Scalo (one of the highlights of our fortnight in Puglia). One thing to note is that a lot of the "touristy" businesses seem to shut up for at least a few months come October 1st; it's not a problem as there are still plenty of restaurants open but it's good to know.
