Ancient Farmhouse for unique vacations in contact with nature

Our estate treated in detail offers a fairytale atmosphere. Located in the splendid setting of the high Monferrato (HUMAN HERITAGE UNESCO) inside the Natural Park of Caesanne di Marcarolo and near the splendid Lago della Lavagnina. The farmhouse consists of two "FATE" lodgings that can accommodate 4 people and "SUPERIOR" that can accommodate 6 people. For a total of 10 people. You can rent the whole property and have exclusive use of all the spaces including the swimming pool or just one of the two lodgings. The newly refurbished bright apartments with attention to detail and furnishings are provided with all the amenities served with equipment and linen. Use of the exclusive pool and garden with barbecue. Terrace with great views and solarium. Guests can enjoy every environment, including a very old and very characteristic stone cellar, where on hot days you can also have lunch or dinner.
This place also has an internal barbecue with a large grill.
The "SUPERIOR" accommodation consists of a large kitchen with a living room with a wood-burning fireplace, a large table with comfortable chairs and a sofa that can become a double bed.
The kitchen is equipped with all equipment including microwave and refrigerator. Above the living room dominates a beautiful wooden loft with a railing that overlooks, with a relaxation corner for reading with a single bed on it.
A large double bedroom with a double bed and a crib for younger children.
Above the master bedroom there is a large wooden loft that houses three single beds.
A large bathroom with washing machine
And a room with jacuzzi tub.

Excellent accueil, bons produits du jardin, extrême gentillesse des propriétaires qui sont très serviables et chaleureux. Appartement très propre. Beaucoup d'espace à l'extérieur. Piscine qui fait la joie des plus jeunes et des moins jeunes. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le fait de pouvoir avoir des produits de leur jardin ainsi que du vin de leur production, très bon. Merci beaucoup

Absolutely stunning place.

The house is beautifully presented inside and the surrounding countryside is stunning. The swimmingpool is a great size and kept the children entertained all day every day. We hired a car for the duration of our 2 week stay and I have to say that we would have been lost without it. Alessia was fabulous, she was always available when we needed her and there was nothing that was too much trouble. We were made to feel very welcome and were even invited to a couple of community events. I would be very happy to return again in the future.

Great property, great hosts

We had a lovely stay, the property is very nice, it had everything we needed, our son in particular loved to play with the animals every day. Alessia and her family are wonderful, always happy and willing to help with anything. The meal we had in their beautiful cellar, prepared by Alessia and her mother, was delicious. It was a very relaxing trip and we hope to go back again someday. Thank you Alessia!

Fantastisches Domizil in sehr ruhiger Lage

Wir waren begeistert! Das Ferienhaus auf dem kleinen, sehr gepflegten Bauernhof wurde stilvoll renoviert und äußerst liebevoll und stimmig eingerichtet und dekoriert. Die Ferienwohnung ist hell und mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Es gibt ansprechenden Hauswein. Der sehr saubere Pool, etwas oberhalb des Hauses gelegen, bietet einen schönen Blick in die Umgebung. Alessia und Familie sind sehr freundliche, bemühte und großzügige Gastgeber. Die Kinder waren besonders von den beiden Hunden, mit denen sie auf Trüffelsuche gehen durften, und den kleinen Häschen begeistert. Die Lage des Hofes ist sehr ruhig, einige Fahrminuten von Lerma entfernt. Dort gibt es eine ausgezeichnete Pizzeria mit freundlichem Personal (Italia di Lerma).

Fabulous property with equally fabulous hosts!

Magnifique demeure restaurée avec gout

Nous etions un groupe motards de passage dans la région où nous avons séjourné dans cette superbe propriété. L'intérieur comme l'extérieur est parfait Alessia a le sens de l'accueil et nous l'en remercions. Elle a su s'adapter à nos horaires d'arrivée et de départ. A most relaxing holiday

Thank you Alessia, Andrea and Mattia we had a wonderful time and you looked after us impeccably -Gabriel loved playing with Mattia, the cycling trip you took him on , swimming in the river and taking us to the mountains . I am missing the sun dappled terrace, the rural tranquility, our long lunches with your delicious wines under the shady tree. You have created a beautiful space. My idea of heaven!!! And what wonderful owners

Well we arrived here after a very long drive over from the uk! As we arrived you was welcomed by the most nicest family, they honestly couldn't do enough for us to make us feel at ease!!!! The grounds here are just stunning every single detail is just immaculate and the flowers are just just beautiful!! Our accommodation was just gorgeous, the owners have wonderful taste! And everything we needed in our kitchenette was there!!! But we loved going for the most nicest pizza in the same village!! I will definitely be coming back next year, but I'll stay for longer!!! Thank you to the beautiful owners Alessia and Andrea and to their son!!!! See you next year and ciao!!!!
