The house sleeps 16 people in eight bedrooms over the first and second floor, five double and three twin with eight bath and shower rooms. On the ground floor is a hall, sitting room with open fire and dining area, a TV room and a kitchen. Outside is an enclosed courtyard with barbecues and furniture, a big lawn, a games room and a jetty on the River Tavy for launching a small boat. With style and comfort, Maristow Barton is an amazing house for a sociable break in Devon. Note: Sorry, no short breaks.

Excellent quality
Super quality property, immaculately presented.
The owner arranged the beds exactly as we asked, the quality of cleanliness was first class.
We used this as a base for trips to Plymouth, and for walking on the southern end of Dartmoor.
