Luxury Villa Alpha Prestige with Pool

The Luxury Villa Alpha Prestige with pool has a big infinity pool and a sundeck equipped with beach chairs. Here you can relax, read a book and enjoy the stillness. The villa features a barbecue and outdoor dining area which are ideal for spending time in the summer evenings with your loved ones.
The villa has a modern living room, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a king-size bed >180 cm and an extra bed per room. The third bedroom has a double bed.
The bathrooms are all en-suite and private. Each bathroom has a rain shower and one of them has a bathtub as well.
Brač is well known for its beautiful beaches and one of them is Zlatni Rat (Golden Cape) which has a unique shape of a wave.
Pets (up to 15 kg) are allowed on request and with a surcharge. Please note that one parking space is provided in the garage free of charge, and in case of arrival with two cars, one parking space is paid for.

Zu wenig Zeit

Wir haben nur eine Woche in dem haus verbracht, und das war nicht genug. Die Villa ist sehr schön und ich wollte noch viel mehr bleiben.

Excellent location

The interior and exterior of the villa is absolutely gorgeous and completely exceeded our expectations. The house is beautifully decorated and modernly furnished. It is a very short walk to town and was a great base for our family for exploring Brac or the other islands nearby. Would highly recommend.

Luxurioses Haus

Dies ist ein wirkilch luxurioses Haus mit allem, was Sie für einen erholsamen und komfortablen Urlaub brauchen. Es gibt viel Platz zum Entspannen und die Küche hat alles was sie brauchen. Die Betten sind bequem und die Duschen gut und kräftig! Der Pool ist schön sauber und klar und ideal wenn sie sich entspannen möchten.

Luxury vacation.

It is located right on the water near a small town Sutivan, with an amazing sea view. Beach area is just in front of the house. Gorgeous terrace, too! The house itself is very nice, great air conditioning, and good wifi. It is a perfect mix of beautiful location; friendly and helpful host; and luxury accommodations.

Wonderful vacation

We were really excited to stay at the villa as the photos were so great, but actually in real life it’s even better! Once inside we were so happy with the villa, it really is stunning. Modernly furnished and very clean. We really enjoyed being by the pool in the day time enjoying wonderful view. The beautiful center is just minutes away and we really enjoyed going out for drinks and dinner for the week we were there. Overall it was a fabulous and relaxing week.

Memorable vacation

The villa is luxurious, modernly furnished and very comfortable. Our host was very welcoming, helpful and accommodating. Terrace is fantastic for daytime relaxing and evening BBQ and dining. Sutivan is beautiful and has a small mix of restaurants and shops. We loved our stay and will hopefully be back!

Wonderful view.

Superb villa with everything your heart desires within walking distance to the beautiful village of Sutivan. Concierge service was absolutely wonderful. Unobtrusive and invisible, but as soon as you need them they are at your disposal. They were extremely helpful in organizing boat trips and with suggestions for days out. The villa is just a short walk into town. Sutivan is a lovely little town, a little quieter than Supetar, which was perfect for us.

Wonderful experience

This place is exactly what you need for a getaway with your family and friends. Village Sutivan is a short walk away and beach is right in front of the house. All in all a 5* experience.
