BEAUTIFUL HOUSE, LARGE LIVING ROOM, LIVING 2 ROOMS -suitable for susy house or it is POSSIBLE TO RENT BY FAMILY AND FRIENDS HOUSE NEAR SUSY HOUSE - THREE-ROOM APARTMENT AND OTHER HOUSE REY HOUSE TWO-ROOMS- The Residence is surrounded by greenery, 100 meters from the sea steps from the center of Baia Sardinia. You can enjoy the wonderful and relaxing panorama from the terrace facing the sea. At about 100 meters there is the equipped beach of Porto Sole with sun beds and umbrellas and bar. Possibility of renting inflatable boats to discover the beauty of the coast.
Distance 5 km from Porto Cervo. IT IS PART OF AN EXCLUSIVE AREA, near the sea. The property consists of a Villa and near a three-family house divided into 3 TYPICAL STAZZU GALLURESI: SUSY, FELIX, REY with entrances and independent gardens.
The residence is located 300 meters from the center of Baia Sardinia, where you can find supermarkets, shops and boutiques of all kinds, pharmacies, restaurants, pizzerias, ice cream parlors, creperies. Motorbike and bicycle rental available.
Driving directions: From Olbia Airport follow signs for Costa Smeralda junction for San Pantaleo, then follow for Baia Sardinia, before arriving at the center turn left to Tremonti and follow the dirt road to the first villa on the right. Here you will find stazzu Tremonti, Stazzu Felix and Villa Tremonti and you have arrived. About 28 km.
The Villa Tremonti (about 250 square meters) has a double living room about 60 square meters, double kitchen with living room equipped with dishwasher oven 2 refrigerators and freezer, completely renovated. Outside 3 patios and terraces and on the back large barbecue and table for 12 people. From the patio and the terraces you can see the sea and you can reach it on foot at 150 meters. Very comfortable large spacious.

BEAUTIFUL QUADRILOCALE HOUSE: 2 BEDROOMS 2 BATHROOMS- 100 meters from the sea and from the beach equipped with umbrellas and sunbeds. Near the center of Baja Sardinia, shops supermarkets and all kinds of activities: Sub, Vela Kajac etc.
Located in a green area with outdoor terrace and sea view.
The house has a terrace separated from other houses.
Construction on the ground floor with quality furnishings and supplies. Fully equipped with appliances for the kitchen. Outdoor barbecue. The four-room apartment Pé composed of a large veranda overlooking the sea, covered with a table and chairs.
Large double living room and independent kitchen fridge and dishwasher. A double bedroom with bathroom and a bedroom with two single beds, possibility of adding a cot as a third bed. External parking.

Great apartment

Very happy with our time here. Stayed with my wife and two children for 4 days and enjoyed the closest beach and Baja Sardinia (few minutes drive) very much. Comfortable and great introduction to the Costa Smeralda. Highly recommend!

Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt! Der Vermieter hat bei Problemen sofort Abhilfe geschaffen. Die automatische Gartenbewässerung hätte lieber in den späten Abendstunden / Nacht stattfinden sollen.

Stazzu Susy / Stazz Felix - georgeous

We had a fantastic time in Stazzu Felix and Stazzu Susy! It is beautifully located, has a sea view, just about 100m to the beach and is equipped with everything you need! Marieadele was terrific and helped us so much - even organised tables in Restaurants via phone! It is very familiy friendly and the kids have plenty of space to discover the surrounding and play. We were absolutely happy there and will definitely come back!

Hier lässt es sich gut leben

Die Lage ist perfekt: 5 Gehminuten zum nächsten Strand, drei weitere Strände in 10 Gehminuten zu erreichen, der Ortskern von Baia Sardinia ebenso in 10 Min. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr gemütlich, selbst an Deko und Bildern wurde nicht gespart. Die Küche ist komplett und reichlich ausgestattet. Selbst Citruspresse, Toaster und Stabmixer gehören zur Ausstattung. Die beiden Terrassen lassen einem zu jeder Tageszeit die Wahl zwischen Sonne oder Schatten. Die Familie steht für Fragen rund um die Wohnung und die Gegend gerne zur Verfügung und kümmert sich umgehend darum. Wir haben uns hier zu Hause gefühlt und kommen sicher wieder.

First, but definitely not last time in Sardinia!

We were 4 people and the apartment Staffu Felix was perfect for us. The only thing we were missing was the air-condition, since the weather was perfect and thereby very hot during the night. However, the service from the owner was excellent and ventilation fans were provided immediately and this helped a lot. The apartment had a perfect location close to the beach and close to the small city (Baja Sardinia) with restaurants in walking distance. This was the first time for us in Sardinia, but definitely not the last time. Thank you to Mariadele for great service and a fantastic first experience with Sardinia!

Un régal de tranquilité

Magnifique maison située dans un coin très tranquille, à une centaine de mètres d'une belle plage, dont l'accès se fait par une petite route en terre et un sentier. La maison est magnifique, bien rénovée et très bien équipée. Elle est située sur une grande propriété, suffisamment loin de la route pour qu'on n'entende pas d'autre bruits nocturnes que celui des oiseaux et des criquets. On peut sans se fatiguer aller à pieds jusqu'au village de Baia Sasdinia... Mais pour profiter des beautés de l'île, mieux vaut avoir une voiture. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très disponibles (avant et pendant le séjour). A recommander sans hésitation!

Stazzu Felix, Baia Sardinia

Nous (2 adultes, 1 enfant) avons séjourné en septembre 2015 12 nuits dans la maison de Mariadele à Baia Sardinia. Les contacts avec Mariadele se sont très bien passés, efficace, souple et très rapide. A notre arrivée l’appartement était prêt, propre, très bien soignée, cuisine très bien équipée (une bouteille de vin en cadeau de la part de Mariadele). 1-2 fois par semaine quelqu’un s’occupe de l’extérieur. L’emplacement de la location est situé à 4 min à pied d’une très jolie plage, eau peu profonde, idéal pour les enfants, eau claire et propre. Pour visiter les alentours, trouver d’autres plages mieux vaut avoir une voiture à disposition. Personnellement je recommande les yeux fermés cette location. Encore une fois Grazie Mile à Mariadele.

Meraviglioso stazzu!

Meraviglioso stazzu completamente ristrutturato gran gusto in posizione ottima per la vista e per la vicinanza alla spiaggia di Porto sole. La casa è funzionale e adatta per famiglie anche numerose (la mia è di 5 persone) .Da sottolineare la cordiale disponibilità della proprietaria la signora Mariadele!
