Beautiful Mediterranean villa in front of the sea, has eight bedrooms, four bathrooms and surface area of 440 m2 with a huge garden of more than 2500 m2 where you can relax and enjoy a peaceful vacation.

It is the perfect place for a family vacation, there are numerous children's play areas, swings and even a funny children's house!

The rooms are spacious and exterior, decorated in different styles, one have a cozy fireplace, perfect for a romantic evening!

There are a interior and outdoor kitchens fully equipped with kitchen appliances, also have a additional kitchen on the first floor, breakfasts in bed have never been so easy!

Full of leisure possibilities, it has a private pool, that's covered in winter season making swimming season longer, jacuzzi, outdoor panoramic bathtub, fireplace, large TV, wood and gas barbecues and a private cinema room, there are online and satellite TV services and high speed internet at guest disposal.

Two minutes from the beach, surrounded by other large villas, tranquility and peace are guaranteed, but at the same time the town center can be reached in a 15 minutes, the contrast between the green pines and the deep blue of the sea makes you feel in a magical place.

Great place, great stay

Perfect house for a big gathering with friends/family. Great location, great accommodation. Everyone from kids, teens to adults loved the stay. We'll come back.

We had a great time at the property. Ted was very helpful with recommendations and getting taxi. We were a group of 16 with many different arrival and departing days. Easy to find great location up on the hill. Amazing views. Property was clean and what we needed. So many bedrooms we all had our own. The kitchen is small but there is a second one outside which worked out wonderful. You can walk up town from the house it’s a beautiful walk about 25 mins. As a few others mentioned get bug spray. Would highly recommend and go again.

Very pleasant stay

The villa was very enjoyable, really fit the online description. Ideal for a large group of friends or a large family. The welcome was good, the host coordinated our arrival/departure with private buses. Even though we were a group of young people, as long as we followed the rules that the host gave us, we could have fun without any problem. The host even paid for a scale that we needed for cooking when we asked for one! The welcome was of a high quality even though the reactiveness could sometimes have been a bit faster. My impression was overall really great!

Maison idéale pour passer un séjour en famille si rénovée

Jolie villa très bien située avec accès grande piscine, tennis et petite crique ..Dommage qu’elle manque sérieusement d’entretien (certains murs s’effritent, taches d’humidité ..) cuisine intérieure très exiguë pour 8 adultes et 8 enfants, lave vaisselle vétuste, il manque certaines choses indispensables comme multiprises, essoreuse à salade, casseroles, torchons .. et surtout 2 salles de bain sont vraiment à rénover urgemment (baignoires fendues et très usées) et les clims à nettoyer surtout celles des chambres du bas car odeur et humidité Mais dans l’ensemble on gardera tous un très bon souvenir même si le montant de la location ne correspond pas tout à fait à ce qu’on était en droit d’attendre.

Exfmetnte Villa, excelente trato !!! Pasamos unos días con con colegas del trabajo!!! La Villa está bien ubicada , cerca de playa a 5 minutos andando , buenas instalaciones, destacó limpieza sobre todo!!!! Muy buena distribución!!! Seguro que volveremos alquilar de nuevo!!!
