The picturesque white village of Mijas with its famous donkey taxis, special architecture, many terraces, tapas bars and romantic restaurants is only a 5 minute drive away. And if you want to visit the hustle and bustle of the Costa del Sol, the coastal town of Fuengirola is about a 10 minute drive away. A supermarket can be found a 5-minute drive away.

The 4-room house has a comfortably furnished living room with fireplace and television with satellite and WIFI, 3 bedrooms, central bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen.

From the spacious, sun-drenched terrace at the rear of the house, you have a beautiful panoramic view of the Mediterranean sea, Fuengirola and the fruit trees with oranges, tangerines and tropical Chirimoya fruits. The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and a sunshade. On the side of the house is a lovely lawn with sunloungers. From the terrace at the front of the house you have a beautiful view of the white village of Mijas and the mountains.

There is a bus stop 200 meters away with connections to the coast and to Mijas Pueblo.
From Fuengirola there is a good train connection to, among others, the center and airport of Malaga.
