Small apartment in the heart of the historic center, on two levels, completely renovated respecting the characteristics of the place.
It is located in a small building, everything has been designed to create a refined environment enhancing the characteristic of the place.
With the renovation, quality materials have been used, both in the floors and in the finishes; the mezzanine is in wood and its finishes are in wrought iron.
What characterizes it is the completely wooden roof, with its characteristic beams.
The furniture recalls the Sardinian style, like the old local furniture.
The windows overlook a quiet street that leads directly to the Bastioni and the sea.
The apartment has all the comforts: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave oven, small kitchen appliances and wi-fi.
The historic center of Alghero has a particular charm for its historical beauty and proximity to the sea. The medieval walls offer a magnificent spectacle of Capo Caccia, even sitting in one of the many restaurants open from April to October.
Alghero, the oldest city in Sardinia, a place of fusion between Sardinian and Catalan culture, is the ideal destination to visit splendid beaches such as Maria Pia, Lazzaretto, Bombarde, Mugoni, Stintino and Asinara in summer; in the winter season it is the starting point to immerse yourself in a path made of millenary traditions to discover the ancient knowledge of the hinterland communities.

We spent 4 days in Alghero. The apartment was nice, clean, fully equipped and quiet according to the description. Location in perfect to visit the Historic Center. Lisa did a great job with keys, payment and information. Critical point (only for people "over 70") the stairs steep and narrow. We will recommend this apartment to our youngest friends.

Wonderful apartment to feel good

The apartment was very nicely decorated. The facilities were adequate for daily needs. The old town of Alghero invites you to linger and walk. The view from the Harbor to the old town is particularly attractive at sunset. In the market hall you get fresh vegetables and fish. The notes by Antonella were very helpful. So we Couleur already orientate upon arrival by car.

L'appartamento in cui abbiamo soggiornato è molto accogliente e si trova esattamente nel cuore di Alghero, bellissima cittadina sarda. Ci sono però delle cose che a mio avviso andrebbero riviste. La casa è pulita, fatta eccezione per l’angolo cucina. Abbiamo trovato pentolame incrostato, coltelli dai manici arrugginiti, cassetto portaposate sporco. Inoltre durante la vacanza ci sono stati diversi problemi con l’acqua calda e la corrente elettrica che hanno causato notevoli disagi. Poi, l’appartamento si trova al terzo piano di un edificio antico. Le scale sono molto strette e alte quindi faticose anche per le persone più agili e soprattutto nel momento in cui bisogna portare su valigie o spesa. Ultimo appunto negativo: vicino all’abitazione c’è un ristorante. La sera (fino a tardi) è un continuo rumore di piatti, vociferare di persone, schiamazzi quindi o si chiude la finestra e si accede il condizionatore o non si dorme. Quest’ultima opzione è del tutto impossibile poiché il condizionatore è posto in modo tale che il getto di aria fredda colpisce chi si trova sul letto. Ultimo consiglio: cercate di far combaciare la fine delle vostre vacanze con il ritiro della spazzatura altrimenti prima di partire vi verrà richiesto di andare all’isola ecologica per buttare gli ultimi rifiuti che ovviamente non mancano mai.

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen und die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben.Die Kommunikation,sowohl mit Antonella als auch mit Valeria,war einwandfrei und sehr unkompliziert.Die Wohnung ist mitten in der Altstadt und alles ist fussläufig erreichbar...d.h.,dass ein Auto nicht zwingend nötig ist.

Uns hat es wahnsinnig gut gefallen!

Nicht nur die Insel hat uns in Ihren Bann gezogen, sondern auch das kleine, süße Apartment. Der Kontakt zu Antonella, wie auch zu Valeria, war super. Immer freundlich, immer hilfsbereit und unverzüglich. Danke dafür! Die Wohnung hat wirklich alles, was man braucht und ist sehr gepflegt und gut eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung ist umfangreich und gut. Es hat uns an nichts gemangelt. Es waren nicht nur etwaige Elektrogeräte vorhanden (wie Toaster, Wasserkocher, Espressokocher, Staubsauger, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, etc.) sondern auch Kaffee, Zucker und Gewürze, so dass man keine Sorge haben muss, für den ersten Morgen keinen Kaffee mehr bekommen zu haben. Man braucht für die Steckdosen Adapterstecker. Uns haben aber die drei völlig gereicht, die da waren. Ausserdem gab es sehr gutes Wlan. Wie Andere schon geschrieben haben, sollte man bedenken, dass die Treppe so einige Stufen hat, aber unter normalen Umständen, ist das gar kein Problem und auch einfach Teil der Häuser der Altstadt. Wir haben uns für kurze Zeit als kleinen Teil der Altstadt fühlen dürfen. Versteckt hinter den Fensterläden der typischen Häuser der Altstadt. Das hat was sehr Romantisches, Ursprüngliches und Authentisches. Uns gefiel das sehr gut. Es ist wirklich schön ruhig, aber man ist auch direkt im Geschehen, wenn man durch das nächste Gässchen biegt. Das ist wirklich angenehm. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und liebevoll eingerichtet. An Ausstattung war alles vorhanden, was man so braucht und es war auch alles funktionstüchtig. Die Lage des Apartments ist optimal, direkt in der Altstadt und nur 100 Meter bis zur Altstadt-Promenade. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr gut. Sie war immer erreichbar und hat uns hilfreiche Tips für unseren Aufenthalt gegeben. Die Wohnung ist etwas dunkler, als auf den Fotos.

Great location with everything you need

The apartment is conveniently located in the historic old town area of Alghero, near lots of lovely restaurants. Bus stops are 5 -10 minutes walk away which will take you to some lovely beaches, the airport or further afield to other nearby towns. Antonella, the apartment owner was extremely helpful providing in advance many suggestions for where to go and what we could do during our stay. We were met on our arrival by Valeria who showed us around the apartment and how everything worked. Both were in contact with us during our stay to ensure that everything was going well. The apartment itself is perfectly contained, and has everything you’d need for a wonderful stay.

Perfect Location

This small, but perfectly formed apartment is in a great location in the old town. Within a few metres of restaurants, shops and the sea front. Please be aware that due to it being on the top floor of a very old building, there are 35 very steep steps to reach the apartment which was quite a workout with our suitcases, however once inside it was worth the climb! The apartment was spotlessly clean, and everything you could think of was provided. The communication with Atonella from the moment we booked until our delayed arrival was excellent and Valeria was very keen to be sure we had everything we needed once we were there. We really appreciated that they were kind enough to let us have a late check out as our flight was quite a late departure. Thank you ladies! We would recommend this apartment for your stay in Alghero.

Beautiful apartment, lovely location.

My partner and I enjoyed an excellent week in this well-equipped, spotlessly clean apartment, which is situated in the very scenic and unspoiled Old Town. Parking is at the free car park opposite the port, a 10 minute walk away along the city wall. The Mediterranean is at the end of the street and there are many good restaurants nearby. Surprisingly, despite its central location, the apartment is extremely quiet as there is no traffic, only friendly local people walking their cute dogs. The owner could not be more helpful; my stay could have been marred by toothache, but Antonella responded immediately to a text message asking for advice, putting me in touch with a first-rate dentist nearby, who treated me free of charge! Overall, this is an ideal base for exploring the many attractions to be found in this part of a fascinating and stunningly beautiful island. Highly recommended.

Wie immer einfach nur schön!

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in dieser Wohnung und die Qualität hat in den fünf Jahren keineswegs nachgelassen. Sie ist sehr hochwertig ausgestattet. In dieser Wohnung ist jeder Platz gut ausgenutzt! Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Die Lage ist top. Man ist einerseits in einer Minute zu Fuß im belebten Teil von Alghero, andererseits ist es zum Schlafen ruhig, da nachts keine Autos im Centro Storico fahren dürfen und die Wohnung auch im ruhigen Teil der Altstadt ist. Die Übergabe mit Lisa, die sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war, war sehr unkompliziert und auch die vorherige Buchung/Abwicklung über die Eigentümerin, Antonella Barbarato, war wie gewohnt sehr angenehm! Danke nochmal für alles!

Cozy Apartment in great location

The apartment was very cozy, clean and comfortable - everything we needed was there from towels to toaster and such. Antonella gave us extensive information beforehand which was very helpful. Wunderschöne kleine Wohnung, geschmackvoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber, alles da, was man braucht!

Die Lage der Wohnung in der Altstadt ist perfekt. Eine schmale Treppe führt in den 3. Stock, die Treppe ist nicht so hoch wie man denkt, aber extrem steil. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr schön und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht inkl. Wasch- und Spülmaschine, Fernseher (ital. Sender) und air condition. Es gibt genug Geschirr, Gläser, eine Caffettiera, Toaster, Sandwichmaker und einen Wasserkocher. Dafür braucht man einen Adapter, den Antonella bereitgelegt hat. Das große Bett misst ca. 1,60m in der Breite, eine kleine Wendeltreppe führt hinauf zu einer Galerie mit einem Einzelbett. Das Bad ist mit Dusche, WC und Bidet ausgestattet. Wir hatten Kontakt zur Vermieterin Antonella, die alle unsere Fragen im vorhinein mit viel Geduld und Herzlichkeit beantwortet hat. Auch als unser Flieger zu früh war und wir früher als abgemacht an der Wohnung ankamen, mache sie es möglich, dass wir gleich in die Wohnung konnten. Wir waren zu dritt da, auch für drei reicht die Wohnung noch locker. Wir hatten einen traumhaften Aufenthalt auf Sardinien und würden jederzeit wieder diese Wohnung mieten. Liebe Antonella, liebe Lisa, thanks again so much for a wonderful holiday!

PERFECT

We had great and joyful holidays (2 weeks) in Antonellas apartment in Alghero. The cosy apartment is located in the old town of Alghero and therefore close to many different restaurants, shops and the beautiful esplanade with its amazing view of the mediterranean sea. Visiting Alghero in June was perfect. The temperatures were always colse to 30°C, perfect for sunbathing and a refreshing swim in the ocean and not too hot for sightseeing or wandering about the old town. The beaches and Alghero itself were not yet crowded with tourists. The apartment was very beautiful as seen in the pictures and clean. It had everything we needed for our stay and more (washing machine, dishwasher, air condition, a well equipped kitchen etc.). Antonella is a very caring host, she and her friend Lisa, who took care of the check-in/check-out, were very flexible regarding the time of our arrival, which was at midnight, or the check-out-time. Furthermore Antonella provided all the information about Alghero and the surrounding area we needed and was always reachable in case of questions. We highly recommend visiting Alghero and staying at the apartment with this lovely host.

Nettes Appartment in zentraler Lage

Wir haben 5 Tage in dem kleinen Appartment verbracht und uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mehr als 2 Personen sollten es aber nicht sein, denn es gibt zwar 3 Betten, aber am Küchentisch würde es dann doch zu eng. Die Übergabe und Kommunikation verlief problemlos. Freies WLAN, Klimaanlage, kleine Küche. Für ein paar Tage vollkommen ok, man ist mitten in der Stadt. Wir können das Appartment für ein Paar gerne weiterempfehlen, sofern man keine Probleme mit steilenTreppenstufen hat. Wir würden wieder buchen.

Vacaciones en Cerdeña - Alghero -

Excelente apartamento en una ubicación única, en pleno centro histórico. A un paso de la zona mas turística de Alghero, un pueblo encantador donde seguro que volveremos. El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones de higiene y totalmente equipado. Totalmente reformado y decorado con mucho gusto. A escasos metros se encuentran un gran número de restaurantes, tiendas, etc. Han sido unas vacaciones extraordinarias. Si hay que buscarle un inconveniente es tan sólo el del aparcamiento en las primeras semanas de agosto, periodo en el cual Alghero cuenta un el mayor número de turistas que visitan la isla. Hay que aparcar un poco lejos del apartamento (10-15 minutos andando), pero esto es un pequeño inconveniente al fin y al cabo. Al final vale la pena estar alojado en pleno núcleo turístico de este bonito pueblo. Gracias a Antonella por el trato recibido y a Lisa, quien nos recibió y despidió. Hasta pronto.

Soggiorno in centro ad Algehero

Ottima opportunità per un soggiorno in centro ad Alghero. Appartamento ben curato e ben gestito, che rende immediata la sensazione di casa e di facile adattamento. Ideale per due o tre persone e adatto a chi ricerca la bellezza del centro storico più che le comodità della periferia. Ricordare che l'accesso è attraverso una scala interna ripida e il parcheggio è leggermente distante. Di contro, ottima disponibilità di ristoranti nella zona.

During my holidays I started shooting sardinia and I fell in love with it.
I loved it for the color of the sea, the scent of the Mediterranean scrub, the kitchen and the mild climate even in winter.
The first time I visited Alghero I was struck by the beauty of the sea and the historic center, I live even in winter.
So I decided to buy a house and give the opportunity to other guests to visit this beautiful city, which in addition to a splendid sea, offers art and culture.

What makes this property unique

Alghero is connected to the airport by a bus, which leaves every hour.
The historic center is a ZTL area and can only be entered at certain times, only for loading and unloading.
There is a large parking lot near the port and parking lots in the areas surrounding the historic center.
In summer the beaches are connected by bus or reachable by bike.
The available space is at the complete disposal of the guests.
You will be welcomed by Valeria who will welcome you with suggestions and information to make your stay more enjoyable.
