Gresham House is located just a stone's throw from Eastbourne's beachfront, with the pier, a world class yacht marina, the Beacon shopping centre, excellent pubs, restaurants and a variety of beach cafés amongst its nearby attractions.

This newly renovated ground floor holiday apartment is breathtakingly elegant and modern, yet set within an impressive Grade II listed building.

The open plan living space includes a modern fitted kitchen with fridge-freezer, microwave, cooker, etc, a lounge with large flat-screen TV with Freeview, and French doors leading to a private south-facing sun terrace.

There is underfloor heating and some wall-mounted radiators too if evenings turn slightly chilly.

This stunning Eastbourne holiday apartment offers one bedroom – with a super-kingsize bed which can be split to provide two separate single beds.

There is a separate family bathroom which is immaculate, with a large bath and separate walk-in shower.

All bed linen and towels are provided (please bring your own beach / swimming towels), along with little extras such as toilet paper, handwash, cleaning supplies and enough tea, coffee and sugar for welcome drinks.

Gresham House is a Grade II listed building and is a redevelopment of four mansion buildings built in 1864. It has been restored to enhance the building's classic, Regency architecture and as part of this the Regency stucco frontages and decorative internal arch work have been fully refurbished. The building was at one time a home for ex-mariners known as The Royal Alfred Seafarers' Society Home.

Spend another great week in Gresham House, App. No2. Were once again lucky with the weather. Breezy, sometimes stormy, but sunny. We love our outdoor breakfasts and home cookings which make our stay always so relaxing. Will be back soon! Warm regards, Thomas & Anette

A fabulous adventure in Sussex
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 week stay in this lovely property in Eastbourne. Very high marks for location, cleanliness, and quiet environment. Our bed was incredibly comfortable and we loved the shower. We were 1/2 block from the seaside and just 10 minutes from the rail/coach stations to travel to cliffside hiking trails on the South Downs Way and charming villages, so no car is needed. We shopped for our cook at home meals at M and S. We give this property our highest recommendation!

Cosy and clean apartment - close to the beach
We spent a wonderful week in this super modern, clean and very comfy apartment (Gresham House, Flat No.2). The apartment and especially the kitchen is very well equipped. We loved our breakfasts and afternoons teas on the outside deck/patio. Perfectly locateded, 2 min walk to the beach and bandstand, 3 min walk to shops in Terminus Road.
