It is located 5 minutes drive from the city center, lake, supermarket, 20 minutes from Revard and Féclaz and Annecy.

2 garden furniture, 2 parking spaces, large trampoline, children's gantry, swimming pool, petanque, table tennis, 2 adult bikes, 2 children's bikes (the lake is 10 minutes by small paths)
