Stunning 2 bedroom apartment located only 150 meters from the port of Estepona. This beautiful apartment contains 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and built in wardrobes and the second with 2 single beds, both bedrooms have direct access to a small terrace and the community gardens. You will also find 2 modern shower rooms (1 en-suite), living/dining area, kitchen and main terrace off the living room and free wifi. Travel cot available on request. The gated community has a good sized pool with disabled access, and a separate children's pool, secure community parking (on a 1st come 1st serve basis with free parking located right outside the community if there is nothing inside). The apartment is within walking distance to all amenities, from supermarkets to the many bars and restaurants in the port and only a 20 minute walk from the centre of town.
Only a 25 minute drive from Marbella, Estepona is a beautiful town with traditional cobbled streets, churches, beaches and beach bars/chiriguitos as well as many other restaurants and tapas bars for a good evening out. Estepona has its weekly market held every Wednesday near the port with everything from local produce to baby clothes. The port of Estepona offers a wide range of bars and restaurants as well as the Sunday morning market.
For those guests that are feeling a little more adventurous there are plenty of arranged day trips available to be taken in the area, from visiting Ronda by Train to crossing the Gibraltar Straights to Tangiers. For those hiring a car then Estepona is a perfect starting point for a number of day trips; Malaga (about 1 hour), Seville (about 2.5 hours), Gibraltar (45 mins), Tarifa (1.5 hours), Granada (2 hours) and many more options.
For golfers, there are a great number of golf courses in the area with the closest being Valle Romano only a 15 minute drive to the edge of Estepona from the apartment and Estepona Golf 20 minutes to the west.

Great apartment, ideally situated for the port area, and an enjoyable 20 -25 minute walk to the Old Town. Andy is a very responsive and helpful host. We had a couple of electrical issues which were responded to immediately. If we come back to Estapona we would certainly like to stay here again.
Excellent, convenient, and a little gem in Estapona
We have stayed in many and varied apartments around the “ port”,l have to say this was the best !
Clean, well furnished, and with front and rear terraces, the sun or shade were available all day.
The car parking was a bonus .
Hopefully we will be booking again soon.

Great location
This is a lovely apartment, just 5 mins walk from the marina and a large selection of restaurants. The apartment is well equipped, and the swimming pool is lovely. There are two beaches both about 10 mins walk from the apartment. Thank you to Donna and Andrew at JAG for looking after us during our stay.

Location, location, location
You can't beat the location of this lovely little apartment. It was clean, modern and fit our needs perfectly. It's a stones throw from the port and a short walk into the town. It has 2 private patio areas, one in the front and one at the back. Perfect !

Location very good, manager very helpful. Property tired,kitchen ceiling damp and plaster missing, en-suite shower slow to drain and flooded bathroom floor, en-suite sink very slow to drain. Hot water switch connection loose, hot water kept going off. Overpriced for the quality offered.
We really enjoyed our stay in Andy’s apartment. It’s really comfortable and convenient for everything Estepona has to offer. Great to have parking on site, the car park was only full once and there was plenty of parking just outside the gate. With two terraces you can either chase sun or shade depending on your wishes. The communal pool is close by and was a welcome relief from the heat. Andy was a great host, communication was excellent and he made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Overall I’d recommend this two bed apartment.

This property is in a great location with the marina a 5 minute walk away and the old town of Estepona just 20 minutes along the pedestrian sea front. The living area of the apartment is fairly compact but that didn't bother us as we spent most of our time outside or on the two patios. The bedrooms were both large with plenty of storage space and having 2 shower rooms is always a bonus! The swimming pool was 30 seconds away! I would definitely recommend this apartment and will definitely stay again if I return to Estepona.

Nice place and very clean. Had a wee problem of the sink in a bathroom running away slowly. Andrew was there within half an hour to get it sorted.

Have visited Estepona before but never the port area. Although about 1km from the town, the port area was very nice with plenty of friendly bars and restaurants. The walk into Estepona was also straightforward. The local buses don't seem to come to the port area any more. Maybe because of the re-development in progress along the sea front. But this was not a problem for us, we didn't mind the walk. The apartment was perfect for us, a good location for the port area and also near to supermarkets and taxis. We enjoyed our stay for the week and would certainly consider a return in the future.

Andrew’s apartment is just as advertised. It’s very clean and well stocked. There is a welcome packet that tells you everything you need to know which I found very handy. Having two outside spaces is great, you can sit in the sun pretty much anytime of day. It is very close to restaurants, grocery stores and the Marina.
One word of caution….as the building is located on a major street the traffic noise is loud and constant. It does take away from the ability to enjoy the outside spaces. The walls are also quite thin and the sounds from next door and above carry.

The apartment is close to everthing you need. The port is 3 minutes walk and the beach is like 5-10 minutes. The cleaning equipment is very poor but the apartment had everything you need.

Es la segunda vez que vamos. Es un apartamento pequeño pero con todo lo necesario. Muy como y cerca de la piscina. La terraza es ideal para desayunar y cenar.
Great ground floor apartment ,with nice swimming pool and gardens.
3 min walk into the port, and 10 min walk into the old town.
Ideal location for us, highley recommend.

My teenage daughter and one of her friends stayed for 5 nights in this fabulous apartment. The apartment is easily the best I’ve stayed in in Spain and is located a 5 minute walk from Estepona Port with it’s restaurants and shops. The owner Andrew could not have been more helpful, and we all thoroughly enjoyed our all to short stay.
