Villa Andrea

Casa Andrea is the ideal home to enjoy Lanzarote from its best locations. Typical local country house with sea views and a large garden with fruit trees and native plants. It has a nice pool next to the barbecue terrace with views to the volcanoes. A jewel in the countryside of Lanzarote where you will feel at home in an authentic Canarian environment.



The house is isolated in an area with very few neighbors, but only (5 minutes by car, you have a supermarket, 7 minutes by car the beaches of Puerto del Carmen, 10 minutes by car La Geria and its vineyards, 15 minutes from the Timanfaya Natural Park as well as other must-see points.

The house has a private entrance with palm groves for the car and its own garage space.

Casa Andrea is on one floor with a kitchen-dining room, a spacious living room with access to the terrace, 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. The house has 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and the other with a bathtub.

Outside, the terrace is oriented towards the southeast so that you will have sun all day, being able to enjoy 2 dining rooms outside.



Mácher, is one of the best residential areas in Lanzarote. You are one step away from everything and with the tranquility of staying in a rural space in the Tegoyo Valley.



As additional information, the house has a DIRECT ALARM system. It is not necessary to use it during your stay, but if so, it is important to know that the cameras that you will find in some parts of the house are not working unless the alarm is connected and someone accesses without authorization. Then they activate themselves and take a photo to notify the authorities. When disabled correctly, the system understands that everything is fine and they are never turned on. The privacy law requires that the operation only be activated in the aforementioned situation.

Everything was GOOD!

The house is comfortable - great garden and very cosy pool area. Wi-Fi was stable and good Kitchen had good appliance and tools plus dishwasher and a washing machine. Quite and good in comfortable beds

Wonderfull

The accomodaties and the surrounding. The sunbeds by the zwimmingpool and the bed for sleeping. The matras was too stif. Maybe new beds.

Die Casa Andrea liegt sehr schön: großzügige Terrasse, Ruhe, Blick aufs Meer, 15min Auto zum Strand, zentrale Lage für viele wunderschöne Wanderungen auf der Insel. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, alles ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Betreuung durch welovetourism ist auffallend positiv: sowohl in der Vorbereitung als auch während des Aufenthaltes ist das gesamte Team sehr hilfsbereit gewesen. Sehr geräumig und sauber. Alles vorhanden was man im Urlaub und zum Frühstück machen braucht. Auch der persönliche Empfang war sehr herzlich und immer hilfsbereit. Danke, an "We love tourism" und Bettina, dass wir zu Gast sein durften.

Delicious fruit from Casa Andrea's garden. When we arrived there was water and juice in the fridge, great! We could come into the casa in the morning, perfect! Continue this way.

Authentic house and garden with great style

Andrea is a property with much character. It is built in the traditional Lanzarote style, white walls with green window panes. Its well kept garden with tall trees and exotic plants is spectacular. It is a quiet place in the countryside at an elevation of about 250 meters, away from the beach crowds. It takes only about ten minutes however to reach excellent sand beaches and fish restaurants. From this location you can reach most of the attractions of the island in reasonable time. The house rules and instructions are clear local support was excellent. At our arrival there was a welcome package with useful items. The house is tastefully furnished. There is a covered carport which keeps the sun out. Our experience was positive in all respects and we would love to return.

superb accomodation!

Loved the completeness of the accomodation! everything was there, a dishwasser, washing machine, even a bed including blankets for baby and even a baby high chair, a bathtub and a towel for him! loved the outdoor bbq, the opportunities to sit in the shade or the sun for the whole day. If I have to think about something: due to the palmtrees (which are lovely) it is impossible to eat your breakfast in the sun. I noticed there is plenty of space on the eastside of the house, so maybe put in an extra terrace? the dishwasser is not that good a quality, more often than not we had to extra wash things by hand. that said, those are of course very minor inconveniences, it was a superb stay!

Perfect place in the countryside to relax

The view from the terrace is really nice, you have sun and shadow during the day. The garden is of course black Lanzarote vulcano stone, but they made it really nice with trees and flowers. In november it was unfortunately to cold to use the swimming pool ( it is also a bit a small pool, not like the fotos..) Outdoor kitchen/bbq. We were having some days nuisance caused by the neighbors rebuilding their house. It’s a Spanish house, ( we like that) not a super modern building . It also means that inside the house the furniture is a bit old fashioned, but very complete kitchen and washingroom . Good bathroom(s). Restaurants and Spanish tapasbar on 2-3 km. Touristic place P. Del Carmen on 6 km. We should recommend the place for people looking for isolation and nature and still -by car-nearby the shopping and the sea. The sofas inside were not so comfortable to sit: 2 good armchairs would be nice

Tolles, gepflegtes Haus mit schönem Pool

Sehr sauber, ausreichend Räume für eine Familie. Zwei Badezimmer ist klasse. Ein Bett quietschte leider fürchterlich. Toller Pool, hier kann man viel Spaß haben. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Außer den teilweise starken Passatwinden wird man von Außen nie gestört.

Fantastisch

Ein sehr schönes Feriendomizil. Hier haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Ruhe war herrlich, wir konnten endlich mal ausspannen. Eine sehr nette Übergabe durch den Vermieter, der auch telefonisch erreichbar war, wenn wir Probleme oder Fragen gehabt hätten. Alles vorhanden. An alles gedacht.
