Villa Anna is a comfortable terraced house just 70 m from the sandy beach and from the sea Blue Flag of Ascea Marina. The house boasts a privileged position being in the heart of the Cilento coast a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches exclusive towns of Acciaroli, Palinuro and Castellabate. The villa of about 120 square meters on three levels comfortably accommodates 7 people. The ground floor consists of a small living room d 'entrance with sofa bed and LCD TV, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, oven. On the first floor which is accessed through a comfortable staircase in marble we have 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 beds single and small terrace. There are two bathrooms one on the ground floor with a bathtub and the other one on the first
floor with shower box. A large and bright tavern accessible from the living area yes
consists of a second dining room with table, chairs and fridge, living room with sofa bed
double bed, fireplace and LCD TV. The very spacious and functional exteriors offer 2 relaxation areas
where you can organize fantastic outdoor dinners. The house is also equipped with
mosquito nets, barbecue, outdoor shower and fan. There is also the availability of two
bicycles for anyone who wants to enjoy our beautiful waterfront. Only 300 meters away
we have the Conad Supermarket, the center of Marina di Ascea is about 400 meters away
immediate vicinity we find bathing facilities, restaurants and pizzerias.
