Spacious apartment, 115m2, recently renovated, 10m2 balcony with high-wind and sea view. The apartment is located in a quiet area, close to the sea, beaches (sand, pebbles, slabs, rocks, "wild"), the city center and various shops.

Apartment pleasant to live in, FULLY AIR-CONDITIONED.

Our rental includes: two bedrooms, two large storage cupboards, a spacious living room, a bathroom with two sinks and a shower, a toilet, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, oven, hob : 2 gas, 2 electric, dishwasher), a laundry room in a common room, a garden where you can barbecue and pick figs, grapes, basil, parsley. We also have private and secure parking.

The hosts were especially nice and accommodating as we arrived 2 hours early. It only has 1 full bathroom the other is a powder room. Nice closets for cloths. The pillows were not very full but depends on what you like. There is an excellent bakery just down the alley. It is a 2.5 km walk into old town. Old town is very interesting.

Titel: Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in perfekter Lage! Wir hatten einen absolut wundervollen Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Zadar. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir herzlich begrüßt, und man hat sofort gemerkt, wie viel Wert die Gastgeber auf Sauberkeit, Komfort und Gastfreundschaft legen.Die Wohnung ist modern, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – von einer komplett ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu bequemen Betten. Alles war blitzsauber und liebevoll vorbereitet. Besonders schön fanden wir den Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer – perfekt, um den Tag bei einem Glas Wein ausklingen zu lassen.Die Lage ist ideal: Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand, Restaurants und zur Altstadt von Zadar. Trotzdem liegt die Wohnung ruhig, sodass man sich wunderbar erholen kann.Ein großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeber für die vielen Tipps zu Ausflügen und Restaurants – wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen ganz sicher wieder.Fazit: Absolute Empfehlung für alle, die Zadar genießen und sich wie zu Hause fühlen möchten!

Nicht zu viel versprochen!

Die Wohung hat unsere Erwartungen mehr als nur erfüllt. Sie ist sehr geräumig und es fehlt an nichts*! Wir waren für 2 Wochen mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern (6 Jahre) in Kroatien. Die Wohnung hatte uns schon direkt nach der Ankunft überzeugt. Auch die Vermieter waren sehr nett. Es gab zu keiner Zeit Unstimmigkeiten oder Probleme. Wir können die Wohnung sowie Zadar nur wärmstens empfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Saubere Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und in gepflegtem Zustand. Freundlicher, gut erreichbarer Vermieter. Zur Lage sollte man wissen, dass die Straßen ringsherum zur Zeit unseres Besuchs (09/22) aufgerissen waren. In der Nachbarschaft ist Baulärm zu hören, was uns allerdings nicht störte, da wie die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren.

grosse Wohnung 2km vom Zentrum entfernt

Große, geräumige Wohnung mit sehr gutem WiFi. Supermarkt ist sehr nah, allerdings keine Restaurants oder Cafés, diese sind 2 km entfernt im Zentrum zu finden. Es sind nicht zwei Badezimmer sondern ein Badezimmer und ein kleines Gäste-WC. Küche ist sehr groß und alles da, was man so braucht.

Ruhig gelegen.

Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und befindet sich in einer ruhigen Lage. Dennoch sehr zentral, man kann alle Ziele schnell erreichen. Sehr schöner Strand Punta Bajlo erreichen sie mit dem Auto in 10 min. Es hat uns an nicht's gefehlt und wir haben ein wunderschönen Urlaub dort verbracht

Wir waren mit 4 Personen in der 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. Die Wohnung ist schön groß, die Küche ist für Urlaubzwecke sehr gut ausgestattetet. Es gibt ein Bad mit WC sowie ein zweites separates WC. Eine Duschkabine gibt es nicht. Abduschen kann man sich in der Badewanne mit einem Duschvorhang. Im Großen und Ganzen ist alles schön sauber.

Schöne Ferienwohnung , man fühlt sich einfach gleich wohl!

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr groß, tolle Aufteilung der Räumlichkeiten. Wir vier haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Auto ist sehr von Vorteil vor Ort damit man die tollen Strände erreichen kann..

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt! Man konnte von der Wohnung innerhalb ca. 10 min zum Tommy (großer Supermarkt) laufen, zum Stand war es jedoch relativ weit. Es war zwar machbar aber bei 35° nimmt man vielleicht doch lieber das Auto. Vor dem Haus ist direkt eine Parkmöglichkeit für die Autos der Anwohner. Alles in einem eine wirklich schöne Wohnung! Wir haben für 6 Leute gebucht, sind dann doch nur zu 4. angereist und wir hatten wirklich übermäßig viel Platz. Wir würden die Ferienwohnung aufjedenfall weiterempfehlen und wieder selbst buchen!
