This villa is located in the Kördere district of Kalkan , and has three bedrooms and a capacity of 6 guests. Set on the hillside the property has beautiful sea views and is in a peaceful setting. An ideal place to relax and forget everyday stresses of modern life.
The accommodation comprises of a large open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area, which opens on to the extensive pool terrace. The pool itself is 12 x 3.75 metres and has a depth of 1.45 metres. There is an alfresco dining area,stone built BBQ, hammock and ample sunbeds, all from which guests may soak in the spectacular sunsets over Kalkan Bay.
Two double bedrooms, with en-suite bathrooms, are located on the first floor, and there is one twin bedroom on the top floor , which opens on to the roof terrace . Here too there are panoramic views. The location and landscaping results in a high level of privacy of the villa, meaning that is is suitable for guests with high privacy requirements, be it for religious or other reasons.

The villa is fully air-conditioned and has wi-fi- internet. It is located approximately 3.5 km from the centre of Kalkan and the nearest grocers shop is approximately 1 km away. Consequently guests staying here would really need the use of a vehicle whilst staying in this villa, or would need to use the local taxi service to get out and about.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 1000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
