Stunning 1 Bedroom Villa with Secluded Outdoor Pool & Heated Indoor Pool

This charming honeymoon villa is located in the village of Bezirgan, high above the resort town of Kalkan, which is approx. 15 mins drive away. In an elevated location it offers a fresher climate than that in Kalkan, and thus is traditionally a popular summer retreat with locals as well as foreigners.
Constructed in timber and stone, the villa is on one level and consists of an open-plan lounge and kitchen area, and a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, heated indoor pool and sauna.

The indoor pool is located in the bedroom, and is some 3 x 4 metres, depth 1.2 metres and with a hydromassage feature, which can be heated in the cooler months of the year for an additional 4000 Turkish Lire per week, again payable in cash on arrival. This makes this an ideal choice for those guests looking to come in the cooler months of the year. Please note that this pool can be heated to approximately 22-28 degrees centigrade depending on the ambient air temperature, so it is NOT hot as such. Guests wishing for this pool to be heated should inform us at least 2 days before their arrival in order for it to be able to reach the maximum temperature by that time.

There is also a extra large sunken jacuzzi, which also looks out onto the villas large garden.

With it's generous garden and outdoor pool, (7 x 3.5 metres, depth 1.55 metres), the villa can also accommodate a small child, by the use of the sofabed located in the lounge.

This villa is suitable for those guests looking for total privacy around the pool , for religious or other reasons.

The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 1000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
