Easy location at the entrance of six ovens and 2km from the city center, next shops and public transport. Wide choice of beach to sanary six-fours and sablettes to 5 km (mitic beach).

On the ground floor a living room and kitchen with a kitchen served by an entrance and toilet (3 in total). A technical room of 25m2 allows storage of all your leisure equipment.
The very luminous stay communicates directly on the outside space and makes it possible to benefit from a sight and a space done out of sight, the swimming pool of 5 out of 4 will allow you to refresh at your ease.
Near sncf and highway the west side of Toulon with the port of sanary les sablettes, embiez, bandol le castellet and 30 minutes from the creeks of cassis, this sector remains the least concreted and the most authentic of the Côte d'Azur.
