AN OASIS IN MADRID
The 3 hectares of the Las Charolas estate are located in a mount of holm oaks and junipers, it has an English-style house, prepared to receive friends or families who wish to live for a few days in a quiet environment, immersed in Nature. The rooms have an en-suite bathroom, the living rooms and the kitchen are of vast dimensions. The garden with a large pool, a trampoline, country walks and a barbecue offer a unique place to enjoy all year round.
ACCOMMODATION:
The house consists of a 500m2 house, with natural gas heating. In the summer, its porches, pool and rustic garden allow lunches under the oaks and dinners by candlelight. The entire estate is available to guests, except for the owner's house located in a separate space and the train car that is rented if space is needed for more than 10 guests.
One of the strong points of Las Charolas is its location. The entrance by the highway, the proximity to Madrid and the airport and its hill in the middle of Nature where birds are heard and butterflies fly are the attraction of this property.
The ground floor consists of a spacious hall with access to the garden where the pool is. To the right of it, we have a beautiful kitchen, with a dining room for daily use, which communicates with two living rooms, one of them with a fireplace and a table for 8 people, while the other is ideal for watching television and listening to music. in which we have just included a new dining table for another 6 people. Both rooms are furnished with antique furniture and lamps.
There is a guest toilet, and the area occupied by the guards. The large windows allow the spaces to be very bright and to access the exterior from all of them.
Climbing the stairs, we reached the hall and a large balcony. Hence the living room with fireplace and 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one with a balcony. Two of the bedrooms have a dressing room. The bathrooms have views of the mountains, while two of the rooms overlook the adjoining estate and the Ciudalcampo urbanization in the background. One of the characteristics of the house is the enormous luminosity that all the spaces have. The field, behind the large windows, goes into each one of them.
