Holiday home in a beautiful area and very close to the sea, reachable on foot in three or four minutes Cirella - Diamante.
The restaurant has a kitchen, bed, bathroom and veranda.
The beds available are a double bed and a double bed, with the possibility of adding a single bed.
With private parking and garden.

The lease of the property includes the consumption of electricity, gas and water.
It is not included the final cleaning that has an additional cost of 30 € and the linen required on booking with an additional charge of € 8 per person and the tourist tax.

La tranquillità....

Soggiorno piacevole sia per noi umani che per il nostro amico a 4 zampe,appartamento essenziale ma confortevole con annessa veranda utilissima per stendere i teli da mare,quest ultimo a 3 min a piedi,ma anche per mangiare in piena tranquillità. Unica nota un po stonata l enorme giardino a disposizione degli ospiti a tratti quasi impraticabile per la grossa quantità d acqua utilizzata per annaffiarlo. enorgiardino a dispo

Ruhige und nahe Meer liegender Aufenthalt

Wir haben 4 Tage Ende August erbracht. Es war ziemlich ruhig und konntenuns schön erholen. Unsere 2 kleine Hunde fanden es auch gut, weil wir auf der grossen Wiese schön spazieren durften. Natürlich mit Sicherheit gegenüber andere Menschen. Der grosse und breiter Strand liegt in nur 5 minuten zu Fuss.
