At 25 km from Ajaccio, on the edge of the Gulf of Liscia, we rent our apartment in a beautiful residence very quiet in the middle of an enclosed green park, with direct access to the sandy beach, without road to cross. All essential shops are located less than 200m (bakery, supermarket, post office, press pharmacy, restaurants) you can walk there!

Ideal for couples with children, the apartment 55m2, beautifully decorated, is composed of a living room with kitchen, bedroom bed 2pers. large mezzanine with 4 beds, possibility of a baby bed, and separation by a curtain of the mezzanine surface!
bathroom, wc, south terrace, independent entrance, parking. Well equipped: dishwasher and washing machine, freezer, fridge, oven, microwave, electric barbecue, TV, CD player, vacuum cleaner ... Rental of sheets possible.

Calcatoggio is a peak in Piedmont and is nearby to Tiuccia, Sagone, Cargèse and Ajaccio, the ideal starting point to visit Corsica.
Sports activities: Diving, paragliding tennis, horse riding, water sports, mountain hiking, quad.

Appartement en bord de mer

Appartement duplex pratique avec vue sur la mer, très bien équipé et décoré. Résidence fermée avec parking. Accès à la plage en 3min. Attention tout de même la chambre en mezzanine sous le toit ne convient pas aux grands gabarits. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung für zwei Personen

Wir hatten die Ferienwohnung Ende Mai / Anfang Juni 2019 für 14 Tage gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin vor dem Aufenthalt verlief sehr angenehm, auch die Über- und Rückgabe der Wohnung vor Ort durch die Verwalterin gestaltete sich problemlos. Für zwei Personen ist die Wohnung ideal: sehr gut ausgestattet, liebevoll eingerichtet und in guter Lage innerhalb der Ferienwohnanlage. Da noch Vorsaison war, waren sowohl in der Ferienwohnanlage als auch dem benachbarten Campingplatz relativ wenige Gäste. Insgesamt war es sehr ruhig, so dass wir auch das Meeresrauschen und das Vogelgezwitscher auf dem Balkon genießen konnten. Wir fühlten uns rund herum wohl!

Tolle Lage, nah zum Strand. Schön und komplett eingerichtet.

Waren zwei Wochen lang in der Wohnung. Alles klasse: - sehr nah zum Strand ( auch wenn es schönere in der Umgebung gibt) - sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles da, was man braucht - nett eingerichtet - freundliche Vermieter

Nice apartment, great location

The apartment is very comfortable and ideal tor a family of 4, with a good west-facing balcony, good kitchen and nicely furnished. Location is great, with a 2 minute walk through the gardens to the very large beach which also has a cafe/restaurant and was not busy or crowded during our stay (early August). Well positioned for visits to Ajaccio, the north coast and the hills inland. The local spa is good and there is a great fruit and veg stall 1 minute walk away, but the other walk-able cafes are poor (except for the one on the beach). However, there are plenty of good restaurants within a few minutes drive. The only negatives are : no A/C and the ceiling height in the mezzanine is quite low (but fine for kids), otherwise I would probably give it 5 stars! I would certainly recommend this apartment.

Magnifiques vacances

De très belles vacances dans une résidence calme, arborisée, proche de la plage privée de la Liscia, pas trop bondée même en cette période de l'année très chargée :o) L'appartement est très bien agencé, tout le nécessaire s'y trouve et même plus, la vie y est très agréable, il est calme, dans une résidence sécurisée, place de parc devant, accès avec une télécommande. Tout le confort, machine à laver, machine à vaisselle, grill sur la terrasse. Plage avec un superbe restaurant l'Abri à barques, succulente nourriture et petits apéros au top. Ajaccio très proche, Sagone, Cargèse, Porto et les calanches de Piana très proches également. Un merveilleux dépaysement. Seul petit bémol, au niveau de la propreté de l'appartement lors de la prise en charge, mais règlé avec les propriétaires. Bien des chances que nous y retournions une prochaine fois. Merci aux propriétaires qui sont adorables et disponibles.

La maison charmant

nous avons passé le temps magnifique, la maison est très charmant, bien décorée et équipée. Il y a le jardin tres sympa, la terrasse où nous avons profité barbecue. Le mer est 5 min à pied avec la grande plage et le couche du soleil magique. Il y a les randonnes pas loin de la résidence. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Adela

Dépaysement TOTALE

Nous avons passé un séjour MAGIQUE !! Le temps était exceptionnel, le lieu sublime, calme, verdoyant, et l'appartement magnifique ! Très fonctionnel ce dernier était très agréable à vivre, la décoration de très bon goût nous a ravi et nous avons pu profiter de la terrasse tout au long de la journée. La plage est très grande, et la mer translucide, la résidence est très bien entretenue et sécurisé pour les les enfants. Dans ce lieu de paradis on oublie tout et on se ressource !! Les propriétaires sont charmant et ont été de fort bon conseil pour les visites. À refaire absolument !! La Corse est vraiment une île magnifique... Dépaysement total !!!

EXCEPTIONNEL !!!

Merveilleuse vacances dans un cadre IDYLLIQUE ! L'appartement ce situe dans un magnifique jardin, un petit chemin vous emmène directement à la mer en moins de 3min. Très fonctionnel l'appartement est superbement bien décoré, dans un esprit vacances qui nous fait vraiment nous sentir bien ! Les commerces sont eux aussi à 2 pas et de nombreuses activités sont sur la plage (plongée sous-marine, voile, bateau à sensation, boué, parapente, location de bateau...) de quoi occuper les vacances. Un vrai bonheur dans un environnement plein de charmes avec une vue magnifique sur les montagnes. Nous reviendrons l'année prochaine !!!

Un vrai dépaysement, une véritable île de beauté!!

Appartement lumineux, très fonctionnel et très bien situé, terrasse très agréable pour les repas, végétation bien entretenue, parking privé avec portail électrique, très bon restaurant sur la plage,mer et commerces à pied, à 25 kms au nord d'Ajaccio, il faut à tout pris visiter Cargèse, Piana, Porto, de belles randos, dans la forêt d'Aîtone (piscines naturelles), le lac de creno, le rocher Gozzi..et il nous reste encore beaucoup à voir pour une prochaine fois...Merci aux propriètaires forts agréables et à bientôt...Marie-Hélène G.

Wonderful beach!

For a family with 2 teenagers its ok - not more! The second room on the second floor is for midgets - but ok för children to sleep in. The apartment is small, nice and very functionally - the kitchen is very well equipped. The grill/barbaque is an electric - you better know! The beach is near an wonderful - the restaurang on the beach is very good. The village is near and it´s easy to shop for breakfast and lunch/dinner. There are no linens and towels provided so you must bring it with you.
