The Penthouse comes on the second floor in the seaside town of Scarborough on the edge of the North York Moors National Park. It plays host to two bedrooms, namely a super king-size with an en-suite and a Juliet balcony, as well as a twin room, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Inside it also contains an open-plan living room with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an electric fire, a shared utility sits on the ground floor. The outside offers a designated parking space for one car and a roof terrace with furniture. The Penthouse is a contemporary base from which to enjoy the delights of this fine area. One well-behaved dog is welcome at an additional charge of £20.00

Open-plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with electric fire with access to roof terrace. Ground floor shared utility. Ground floor shared entrance hall.
