Charming house 250 m from the beach and near the city center on foot
Ideally located to enjoy walking from the city center and the beach (250m) in a very quiet area and very popular because of its location (no need for a car if you wish), this house of 60 m2 renovated in 2017 is decorated and furnished with care and can accommodate up to 4 people.
The house includes an equipped kitchen (cooking, hood, fridge-freezer, toaster, coffee maker ...), a dining table for 4 people a sitting area with tv, coffee table, rattan sofa and two armchairs. A beautiful room with bed 2 places (1.60m x 2m), a small room with two bunk beds. A bathroom with vanity unit and shower, washing machine, separate WC. All mattresses and pillows are protected by mattresses that are changed between each tenant.
You have a small garden and a very pleasant terrace equipped with a table, chairs, parasol, shade sail and deckchairs for you to rest.
