First-floor apartment with all comforts. It is part of a just renovated farmhouse. The house has 6 vacation apartments in total. There is a common garden available for barbecue. We also have a ping-pong table. The apartment is very spacious with a large living room with kitchen and a sofa-bed. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It is equipped with wifi, air conditioner, essentials, hairdryer, tv. Air-conditioner is an extra cost to pay at the end of the visit.

Dolce Vita

We had a beautiful stay. We could not fault it. Ellen and Guido were lovely hosts. We love the animals on site which is also a working farm for crops. There is everything you need in the accommodation which was so well looked after. There is a supermarket 2 minute drive away where we got what we needed and fresh bread and pastries for breakfast. We hope to be back. Thank you for making us feel so welcome.

Excellent - very nice apartment on a wonderful farm

Staying here for two weeks in July and August, we found a wonderful place for holidays and recreation. The apartment is well equipped and convinces in a modern and invitating design - nothing is missing. If needed, sun protected windows and air condition make a comfortable atmosphere inside. The spacy farmyard offers a lots of opportunities for leisure and sports activities. Not to forget the marvellous swimming pool which provides the perfect refreshment on hot days. Within 50km you find many places to visit for touristical, cultural and countryside interests. The owners are very open to guests' needs and pleased us with an overwhelming hospitality. We would appreciate to come back the next occasion. Thank you so much Ellen, Guido and family.

Super vakantie verblijf

Super vakantie gehad in een heel mooie locatie, rustig gelegen, ideale uitvalsbasis voor veel bezoeken in de regio. Leuke babbels gehad met Ellen, zij stond altijd paraat met fijne tips. Beetje het gevoel of je bij familie op bezoek bent.

Gastvrij genieten!

Samen met 2 andere vriendinnen een super verblijf gehad bij Ellen en haar man. Ze zijn super vriendelijk en hebben een mooie argriturismo met een fijn zwembad. Een mooi, schoon, ruim appartement en Guidizzolo is centraal gelegen. Ik zou het iedereen aanbevelen!

We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad bij de gastvrije Guido en Ellen. De omgeving is erg leuk en met de tips van Ellen hebben we mooie plaatsjes en heerlijke restaurants bezocht. Een top vakantie, zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

prachtig appartement met top faciliteiten

Als je op de soms drukke toeristenplaatsen bent geweest aan het Gardameer is het heerlijk om de rust van je appartement op te zoeken of even heerlijk van het zwembad gebruik te maken. Het is zeer goed toeven op het landgoed en Guido en Ellen zijn zeer gastvrij en staan je bij met raad en daad. We zijn zeker van plan hier nog is terug te komen mooie omgeving en 15 a 20 minuten sta je aan het prachtige Gardameer.

Excellent séjour à la ferme.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine chez Guido et Ellen. L'appartement est conforme au descriptif et la literie est de bonne qualité. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires ainsi que toutes les petites attentions d'Ellen pour rendre notre séjour agréable. Concernant les enfants....ils étaient bien déçus de partir, ceux-ci ont bien profité de toutes les installations, piscine, baby-foot, panier de basket.... Bref, on valide et on recommande !!!!

Traumhafter Urlaub mit supernetten Gastgebern

Wir waren mit unseren beiden Kindern 1 Woche bei Ellen und Guido. Es war traumhaft. Eine tolle Ferienwohnung und vor allem super nette Gastgeber. Zum Gardasee waren es nur zwanzig Minuten. Wir haben schöne Ausflüge gemacht und den schönen Pool genossen. Auf dem Cortr Speranza gab es einen Grillplatz, ein Beachwolleyballplatz, ein Trampolin, Dart, Bogenschießen und wie gesagt der fantastische Pool. Den Corte Speranza können wir nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Danke an Ellen und Guido

Fantastic.

L'allotjament és perfecte per a passar unes vacances en família. Hi ha molta tranquilitat i molts equipaments lúdics per als nens incloent la piscina. Els propietaris són fantastics i molt amables. Els estem molt agraits del seu tracte personal, és un plaer haver-los conegut. Si busqueu un allotjament per la zona del Llac di Garda i viatjeu en cotxe, no ho dubteu reserveu aquest allotjament. The accommodation is perfect for a family vacation. There is a lot of tranquility and many fun facilities for children including the pool. The owners are fantastic and very friendly. We are very grateful for your personal treatment, it is a pleasure to have known them. If you are looking for accommodation in the Lake Garda area and you travel by car, do not hesitate to book this accommodation.

Schön wars ..

Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln. Für die schönste Zeit im Jahr mit eine der schönsten Locations wenn man wie wir gerne Urlaub auf dem Land macht. Etwas abgeschieden und ruhig. Dafür das zur Zeit Arbeiten ander Umgehungsstrasse stattfinden - kann niemand was - man bekommt es aber auch nicht mit. Alles schön - sauber und bester Laune angetroffen und auch wieder verlassen. Wir kommen GERNE WIEDER

Très bon séjour!

Nous venons de passer 12 jours chez Ellen et Guido dans un de leurs six appartements au sein de leur belle ferme. Les logements sont neufs et très bien équipés: frigidaire, congélateur, four, cafetière, bouilloire, lave vaisselle, fer plus lave linge collectif. De plus, ils sont grands et lumineux et équipés de la climatisation dont nous n avons pas eu besoin car les murs sont épais et gardent la fraîcheur. La piscine est appréciable, surtout pour les enfants, de même que le baby foot, la balançoire et le badminton! Ellen parle bien anglais et allemand et est très disponible pour tout renseignement, aide...ce qui est très appréciable! Quand à la localisation, le village est loin de la foule mais près des grands axes. Très pratique pour visiter non seulement le lac de Garde, mais aussi Verone, Mantoue, Bergame, , Padoue et Venise! Beau séjour, donc!

Le sens de l'accueil !

Très bel endroit dans la nature. Ellen et Guido nous ont réservé un accueil très chaleureux et avec plein de petites attentions (boissons fraîches et fruits dans le frigo, petits biscuits et bouteille de vin) pour notre arrivée. Ils nous ont tout expliqué et donné des conseils pour les visites dans la région. L’appartement, entièrement rénové, était impeccable et avec tout le mobilier nécessaire, ainsi que tous les ustensiles de cuisine (comme chez soi). Endroit que nous vous recommandons sans problème. Si nous avons l’occasion nous y retournerons avec plaisir.

Super vacances en famille

Ellen et Guido sont très accueillants et très sympathiques. Nous avons passé une très agréable semaine chez eux. On y retournera. La maison est proche du lac de Garde (21km), de Mantoue (28km) et de Vérone (50km). La maison se trouve à 250m de la route et les chambres donnent sur les champs. Les nuits sont donc très calmes. L'appartement est bien équipé et spacieux. Les produits de base sont fournis et un panier de fruits, du vin, de l'eau, du soda, du café (Dolce Gusto) nous attendaient à notre arrivée. Le lieu est idéal pour passer des vacances avec des enfants. Il y a plein d'espace de jeu (piscine, trampoline, tennis de table, badminton, baby foot).

Gemütlicher Bauernhof mit herzlichen Gastgebern

Wir haben über Ostern mit unseren Kindern 4 Tage bei Ellen und Guido verbracht und uns auf dem Bauernhof vom ersten Augenblick an wohlgefühlt. Gleich nach der Ankunft bekamen wir nicht nur eine Einführung in die Wohnung, sondern gleich noch eine Tour über den Hof. Dabei lernten wir auch den kinderlieben Hund kennen. Beim anschließenden Ausspannen auf der Wiese konnten unsere Kinder schaukeln und Bekanntschaft mit der verschmusten Katze schließen. Außer der Schaukel gibt es noch eine Menge mehr für Kinder zu entdecken und spielen: Fußball und Basketball (mit Korb), Tischtennisplatte und -patschen und ein Badmintonset. Auch im Bogenschießen durften wir uns probieren. Pferd und Pony haben wir auch mehrmals auf der Weide gleich beim Haus besucht und an Tag 3 durften die Kinder auch eine kleine Runde auf dem Pony drehen. Die Wohnung selbst ist neu gemacht (Stand 2018). Sie kam uns für ihre 60 qm groß vor. Anscheinend ist die Wohnung günstig geschnitten, denn neben dem großen Wohnbereich verfügt sie über ein wirklich großes Schlafzimmer mit einem riesigen Schrank und ein etwas kleineres Schlafzimmer mit Kommode. Dien ganze Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Bad war auch geräumig, der Wasserdruck bei der Dusche war etwas schwach, dafür war das Klopapier extra-extraweich ;-) Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war ausreichend, wir haben nichts vermisst. Wir sind allerdings auch mit vielen Utensilien und Lebensmitteln angereist, das machen wir immer so. Ansonsten sei darauf hingewiesen, dass der sonst übliche Grundstock an Lebensmitteln wie Zucker, Öl, etc. in dieser Ferienwohnung (noch) nicht vorhanden ist, weil sie eben noch recht neu ist. Falls doch mal etwas Wichtiges fehlen sollte bin ich mir sicher, dass man Ellen auch danach fragen könnte. Es gibt aber eine Kaffeemaschine mit Kapseln und auch Tee. Außerdem standen zur Begrüßung eine große Obstschale und eine Flasche Wein auf dem Tisch und Wasser und ein Süßgetränk im Kühlschrank. Das bringt mich zum entscheidenden Punkt dieser positiven Bewertung: Die Gastfreundschaft von Ellen und Guido ist wirklich beeindruckend. Wir wurden mehrmals gefragt, ob alles ok sei, wir was bräuchten, etc. Ellens Tochter und Ellen gaben uns tolle Tips für Ausflüge in die Umgebung und wir genossen es sehr uns mit den beiden zu unterhalten. Ellen und Guido sind außerdem sehr kinderlieb und hatten sichtbar Freude an unseren Sprösslingen (und umgekehrt). Wir möchten uns ganz herzlich bei den beiden bedanken!
