The holiday home is located on the outskirts of La Spezia, in a quiet area, in the neighborhood called Limone. Nearby there are small shops including a pizzeria, two bars, a grocery store.
The area is served by bus lines P and 11 with a frequency of 15 minutes.
Nearby is the La Spezia Porto motorway exit.
Going up a staircase you access the Cà di Boschetti railway station from which you can easily reach La Spezia Centrale and then the 5 Terre, within the limit of the local trains that stop.
The small apartment, of the surface of approximately mq. 35, is located on the ground floor of a two-family building and consists of a bedroom, kitchen and bathroom. It is modest and we try to keep it very clean.
It has private parking, in a courtyard closed by a gate, and a small garden with barbecue where you can sunbathe, cook and eat food outdoors.
Guests have free access, of course, to the house, the garden, the parking lot and, if they wish, they can come and visit me in the small cellar adjacent to the house where we produce wine from grapes grown on our land.
Our prices are as low as possible and include all the costs of utilities, taxes and anything else, Tourist Tax excluded.
