The villa, like a bubble perched on the heights of the Golden Sands of the Pines, overlooks the whole resort and offers a 180-degree view with the sea as the only horizon ...
Everything is there to allow you to relax: the hammam (1. 82 X 2.95) as well as the indoor heated balneo pool (3. 30 X 4. 50 X 1. 60 of depth)
3 terraces will allow you to contemplate the sea: the roof terrace, the covered terrace for meals (garden oriented) and the terrace facing the resort.
Everything is done to accommodate a group of friends together but each having their place.
Your vacation rental includes on the ground floor:
4 bedrooms, one with a private bathroom (bath), a shower room and a bathroom (bath), 2 separate WCs.
Upstairs :
2 bedrooms, one with 190 cm long trundle beds
Very large dining room, living room with FLIPPER and wood stove ... and PS4.
Fitted luxury kitchen: induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, large capacity fridge and refrigerated cellar.
All the beds are 90 cm X 200 cm and are transformed into 180 cm X 200 cm on request upon reservation.

Cot and highchair free of charge, for any addition of baby bedding (cot) please request it before booking.

In any case and for insurance reasons the presence of more than 12 people cannot be accepted whatever the age of the people.
Beds are made upon arrival, towels and tea towels are provided.
The necessary household products are made available.
The price is inclusive of all charges.

Only one animal accepted.
Cleaning option at end of stay: 110 €

When booking Homelidays is responsible for collecting from the hosts a part of the tourist tax, ie 0.70 cts per night. Therefore, upon your arrival, we will ask you to pay us the supplement corresponding to the price of 5-star accommodation, ie € 1.50 per night, or a difference to be collected of € 0.80 per night.

Perfect property for families.

The process from start to finish was excellent. The location was well suited to our family holiday. The beach and ammenities are walking distance and the supermarket is a 5 min drive away.

Overall very good experience and we would return to this location and this property. One concern to me was access steps, we travelled with two elderly parents (80+) and the steps are uneven and without a handrail, so this access certainly needs to be improved. Minor criticism is ground floor bathrooms would benefit from showers for standing bathing and some of the design aspects could be improved e.g. more hanging space for clothes ....

Richtig schönes Haus top gepflegt und auch richtig schöner Garten. Die Aussicht aus allen Winkeln auf das Meer oder die Bucht richtig schön. Und auch garnicht weit entfernt von allem was man braucht. Am liebsten gerne wieder :)

Superbe maison

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. La maison est superbe, très spacieuse, avec des matériaux de qualité, décorée avec goût, et très bien équipée. Proche de la mer (très belle et grande plage), nous avons aussi apprécié la proximité des chemins de randonnée (GR34) et la proximité des golfs. Cerise sur le gâteau : le flipper qui nous a bien amusé pour faire des challenges en famille. Nous recommendons cette location.

Villa Accostage

Wir haben unseren Familenurlaub mit 8 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern im Ferienhaus Villa Accostage verbracht. Das Ferienhaus liegt ruhig und etwas erhört in Sables d'Or les Pines, die Aussicht aufs Meer ist traumhaft, der Fussweg dorthin ist nicht weit. Der Stand von Sables d'Or les Pine ist einfach toll!!! Die Zimmer waren geräumig, die Anzahl der Bäder und Toiletten ausreichend, einzig Kleiderbügel hätten wir gerne gehabt. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und auch den Grill haben wir gerne genutzt. Auf der überdachte Terrasse mit großem Tisch und ausreichend Stühlen haben wir oft gegessen. Und auf der Dachterrasse konnte man stundenlang die Aussicht genießen. Die Kinder haben den Pool geliebt und der Flipper kam bei allen Männern gut an. Die Vermieterin Florence war sehr nett, wir bekamen zur Begrüssung einen tollen Sommerblumenstrauß, Croissants und Champagner 💕 Wir haben uns im Haus und dem Ort sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten eine tolle Familienzeit!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, sehr gut gelegen top eingerichtet. Alle Beschreibungen waren exakt und genau wie angegeben. Gerne immer wieder. Der Ort ist nicht ein Hotspot, Sondern eher etwas für Leute die die Ruhe und Natur genießen wollen. Der Strand ist toll, weitere sind in der Gegend gut erreichbar. San Malo eine gute Stunde entfernt.

Nous avons passé un séjour parfait, puisque le confort noua à pas manqué, les enfants ont trouvé plein de jeu et nous, plein de livres sur la Bretagne et des romans.Avec le hammam et la piscine nous nous avons satisfait le besoin de baignade et de chaleure, parce que l'eau de la mer est froide et donc pas de baignade à l'extérieur. Gite haut de gamme !

La Villa Accostage est un gite d'exception en terme d'équipements et de localisation avec sa vue mer. Le logement est très confortable avec ses 6 chambres et 4 salles d'eau ; la pièce de vie est très lumineuse avec ses grandes baies vitrées ; le flipper et la console de jeux vidéo ont été appréciés ; la cuisine dispose de tout l'équipement nécessaire (nous n'avons manqué de rien) ; le solarium sur le toit terrasse est sans doute un vrai plus durant la saison estivale ; le jardin a permis aux enfants de se défouler. Seul ombre à notre séjour un différend avec la propriétaire au sujet de la piscine intérieure. En effet, le 2nd jour de notre séjour, le rideau flottant s'est bloqué nécessitant un dépannage important et rendant la piscine indisponible le reste de notre séjour. Se fiant aux dires de son pisciniste, la propriétaire a rapidement mis en cause notre responsabilité en supposant qu'un enfant avait marché sur le rideau fermé ; ce que nous avons contesté ayant parfaitement confiance en nos jeunes enfants. Si je comprend l'étrangeté d'une telle panne sur un équipement quasi neuf, j'aurais préféré une relation de confiance dès le départ. Heureusement en bonne intelligence, nous nous sommes entendus sur les conditions de résolution de la situation. A l'heure où j'écris ce commentaire, le dénouement n'est pas encore effectif mais je pense que la propriétaire tiendra ses engagements, sachant que j'ai tenu les miens.

Superbe villa avec très belle prestations

Un accueil très sympathique pour nous faire découvrir cette superbe villa idéalement située et très bien équipée.L'endroit est très calme et la vue magnifique. Deux belles terrasses vue mer avec bains de soleil et une terrasse côté jardin avec barbecue et salon de jardin pour douze: Parfait. Nous étions 6 couples d'amis et nous avons profité un maximum de la maison et de la région. Petite indication, cette location est parfaite pour 10 adultes voir douze, mais il faut savoir qu'une chambre dispose d'un lit coffre donc pas vraiment prévu pour un couple... Mais en le prenant à la rigolade çà passe sans souci: pour éviter les problèmes et mettre l'ambiance nous avons fait un tirage au sort pour les chambres. La piscine est suffisamment grande et bien équipée (buses hydromassages et nage à contre-courant) et le hammam est parfait. Une porte à code et un rideau de piscine sécurise l'accès: parfait si il y a des enfants. La cuisine est très bien équipée et le grand frigo dispose d'une fontaine eau froide, d'une fabrique à glaçons (cool pour les nombreux apéros) et d'une cave à vins. Le flipper un petit plus qui met l'ambiance... Un petit chemin vous emmène dans le village et vous permet d’accéder à la plage. Pour qui aime la pêche à pieds il y a de quoi faire. A Erquy, n'hésitez pas à tester le char à voile, ambiance garantie. Pour la pêche en mer Nicolas de pêche évasion avec son bateau "Viking" est au top: poissons garantis. Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve du 9 au 16 septembre avec un temps superbe et nous recommandons cette villa à qui veut passer du bon temps. Cette location est idéale
