Cottage designed to accommodate large families or group of friends, in a typical Berry village surrounded by forests.

Recently renovated for furnished holiday home for a warm and genuine in a spirit of great family home.
Atypical style decoration 'vintage': change of scenery for kids and childhood memories for adults!

In the morning you will be awakened by horses with which you can go for a walk in the nearby woods and then you can enjoy a glass of Sancerre and a delicious goat cheese with your loved ones.

At 2:30 of Paris and Lyon 3H (A 71 5mns): ideal to collect his 'tribe' (family reunion, birthday, artist residency ...) or to have a central location to visit France (2h of Paris, 1h Châteaux of the Loire).

Un gîte situé dans un coin de campagne très très agréable, qu'on ait envie de balade, de visites culturelles de grande qualité ou tout simplement de réunir son clan pour passer de bons moments. Le cadre, les extérieurs, les bons plans de notre hôtesse, le bar/resto à 80m...bref beaucoup de + + + à ce gîte qui est déjà en lui-même très bien pensé et décoré avec goût !

Logement/Gîte pour 20 personnes

Gites situé en plein centre de la France, donc très appréciable pour des retrouvailles. Logement fonctionnel avec un nombre important de couchette (18 lits) et une cuisine et une pièce de vie suffisamment grande pour accueillir 20 personnes. Cadre de vie très calme aux alentours du logement avec un centre équestre a proximité. Également une piscine mise a disposition pour profiter. Je recommande ce logement.

Super week-end au centre de la France.

Merci à Florence pour son accueil, sa flexibilité, sa disponibilité & sa gentillesse. J’ai célébré mes 30 ans dans cette grande maison avec un extérieur qui était parfait pour tout le monde. Les chambres sont pour 4 ou 2 personnes. Le seul petit point d’amélioration serait les douches à l’étage qui sont fixes et qui éclaboussent partout quand on veut prendre une douche sans forcément se laver les cheveux mais honnêtement tout était parfait pour ce week end entre amis!

Gîte idéal pour des retrouvailles entre amis

Nous avons passé un très bon weekend entre amis chez Florence. Nous étions 19 adultes et un bébé. La maison est très bien équipée, nous n'avons manqué de rien. La litterie est confortable, les salles d'eau pratiques et suffisamment nombreuses pour tout le monde. Le décoration rustique est réussie et colle bien avec l'environnement autour. Nous avons aussi apprécié les quelques décorations de Noël pour l'occasion.

Semaine géniale.

On a passé une superbe semaine avec des amis. Beaucoup d’enfants (7) qui ont pu apprécier la piscine, les balades en chevaux et l’accrobranche pas très loin. Nous, les adultes, on a apprécié la qualité du gite, les barbecues, la piscine (aussi) mais surtout l’accueil de Florence, sa disponibilité et son enthousiasme. On reviendra c’est sur. Le Rio Javar, un superbe lieu pour notre week-end familiale

Florence notre hôte, nous a accueillis dans un superbe gîte, dans une région de France calme, en plein coeur de la nature et des chevaux. Nous avons trouvé tous les 15 de quoi se reposer paisiblement. Les temps de repas furent enjoués et la cuisine compatible à toutes nos envies culinaire. Le salon a abrité nos longues discussions ainsi que d'interminables parties jeux de société. Nous avons pleinement profité de cette pose pour faire de quotidiennes balades et visité le centre de la France, du marché de St Armand Montron et de l abbaye de Noirlac. Merci beaucoup. Très bon weekend entre amis

Merci à Florence pour son accueil et sa flexibilité pour arranger toute situation. Le gîte est grand, propre, fonctionnel pour y vivre nombreux ensemble sans se déranger. On a profité des activités proposées sur place : jacuzzi, équitation. Nickel, on recommande (d'ailleurs, on y revient).
