This luxury riverfront Villa with separate Cottage is located just a few minutes walk from the central Pacific Harbour palm fringed beach on the Eastern end of the Coral Coast. Combined the property has 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and sleeps 9.

Perfect for your Fijian vacation this private gated riverfront property is a 5 minute walk to resorts and restaurants, a 5 minute walk to the lovely Pacific Harbour beach, a 10 minute walk to the Village shopping area and an easy 5 minute drive to the Trent Jones 18 hole golf course. This riverfront retreat has a comfortable cantilevered screen room extending out over the river backed by lush tropical gardens. The property has easy access to the river for kayaking and water-sports.

The main Villa boasts two large ensuite bedrooms, open plan lounge and dining area a large full service kitchen including commercial gas stove and oven and an upstairs media room.

The master bedroom is large and comfortable with a separate sitting area and views overlooking the spectacular Qaraniqio river frontage with french doors out to the pool and the outdoor shower. The ensuite is complete with shower and separate large bathtub for your relaxation needs.

The second bedroom sleeps 3 guests and is configured with both a queen and a single bed, with an ensuite bathroom and direct access to the pool and garden area.

Separately positioned on the property the cottage provides two bedrooms sleeping up to four(4) guests. One bedroom has a king bed and the second has a queen bed with views overlooking the gardens and river.

Perfect for guests who love the outdoors the large pool area is complete with outdoor lounges and two large umbrella sun shades.

Beautiful house, garden and pool. We had an amazing time staying here, the kayaking down the mangroves was a highlight, so secluded and private. The pool area is awesome. Alexxis was fast to respond to anything we needed.

WOW THIS PLACE WAS AMAZING AND BETTER THAN OUR EXPECTATIONS. VERY SPACIOUSAND PLENTY OF ROOM FOR THE WHOLE FAMILY. Loved the house and guest house - Frederick was an amazing host and make sure you have Mary come by for massages in the cabana overlooking the river. Excellent proxomity to all the scuba shark diving locations. Thanks for a great stay ( 5 adults)

Great property.

We had a delightful time here. The setting is wonderful and the owners were cooperative and helpful. The place needs a little TLC but we had lots of fun. They provide kayaks and had a beautiful gazebo that overlooks the river. There are two bedrooms in the main house and two more w/bath in the ‘cottage’.

We had a great week, exactly what we were looking for. Big kitchen so breakfast at home. Hanging out at and in the pool. Easy walk to several shops and restaurants. Alexxis arranged our transfer from/to Nadi, and a day trip to Suva city.

Absolute beautiful place with fabulous host. All the family loved it. A place for everyone. The location was great. The facilities to Pacific Harbour are an easy walk away. The area is peaceful and quiet. The villa easily accommodated 6 adults and a baby. The essentials are provided, from towels to coffee beans. The kitchen is proportional to the size of the house and is well appointed. The pool is large. The kayaks are in great condition and the kayaking is a must-do. The garden and grounds is well kept. The owners are attentive and lovely hosts. Overall, this is a fabulous home and an ideal location for family living and vacation.

Way better than expected

We loved staying here! The pool is fun, there’s so much space, our older kids loved having their own little house. There’s an awesome place right on the river where you can eat or sit, or even jump off the roof into the river. The 4 kayaks were great, we spent our days kayaking down to the beach or just around the river. It was a great stay! We loved it. It’s about 2.5 hours drive from Nadi and 1 hour from Suva.

A Gem in Paradise

I spent a week with my family, eight adults, had a wonderful time. Plenty of room to spread out, with all the amenities to come together and enjoy time with loved ones. The home is very comfortable, clean and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet, yet close to dining establishments and grocery store. The grounds are amazingly beautiful, right next to the river. Pool, deck chairs were very nice, we spent a lot of time just relaxing there. Kayaks were a big plus, allowing quick excursion to the beach. In exploring the area, I could not see a nicer place to stay, we were lucky to find this gem.

I grew up in Hawaii and have lived in quite a few places but none that touch the simplicity and friendliness of Fiji.

This has been our family home for the last 28 years. It is a wonderful property that is perfect for small or large family gatherings. A whole lot of laughter and love has filled this home and it is now time to share the magic!

With two separate homes on the 1 acre property you have all room and privacy you could ever need. Complete with a huge family style pool, the special over the water screened in deck and gigantic pool side umbrellas you will come and never want to leave!
