About this property

Holiday House in typical mountain Chalet

Recently built and decorated with great attention for the details, our chalet is a little jewel surrounded by green woods, located in a sunny and strategic position, thanks to the proximity to several summer paths and to renowned ski-slopes in San Domenico. Enjoy the view of the Lepontine Alps directly from the balcon and behold the majesty of the wood that characterises out tipical chalet.
Guests will live in a comfortable environment, with bright kitchen-dining area equipped with pellet stove and large round table with revolving center, three bedrooms with windows and skylights, and a bathroom with sensory shower with different jets of water. Two sunny balconies will allow you to have a view of the village of Varzo.
The first bedroom, facing south, has a double bed; the second two single beds; the third one has three beds. All for a total of seven beds.
The entrance to the apartment is reached after having climbed two flights of steps, the first in stone, the second in wood, which will lead you to the rear balcony with access to the front door. The entire apartment is on the first floor of the entire chalet.
Thanks to its strategic position, you can easily reach the many natural, sports and cultural destinations of our area. We will be pleased to provide you the best activities for your holiday plans.
The price you pay includes sheets and towels, drinking water from the tap, Wi-Fi, electricity, waste, heating and parking space under the house.
Enter in the apartment with shoes is not allowed; you can wear sandals available at the entrance. Also smoking in the structure is strict forbidden; you can smoke on the balcony; ashtrays are at your disposal.

Superbe appartement, avec toutes les commodités.

Tres bien situé a proximité d endroits magnifiques, lac d orta et son village tres pittoresque, le mont rosé et macugnana, mergozzo, le lac majeur...accueil tres jovial, appartement au top, au calme et dans un joli petit village. Enchantés de notre location

What makes this property unique

The chalet is located directly on the road to San Domenico, on the sunniest side of Varzo. The area is quiet, surrounded by woods, and you can easily reach the village center by car in 2-3minutes. Here, you can find all you need: restaurants, bar, a bakery, a little grocery, two banks and a pharmacy.
It's the perfect place to hike in summer and mid-seasons and to ski in winter. Only 5km far from the apartment, there is the suisse border and the famous Simplon-Pass, that gives an incredible view. 10 minutes with the car, you can reach the renowned location of San Domenico, from where you will arrive in the beautiful Natural Park Alpe Veglia.
If you come from the station, you can take the bus to San Domenico, it'll take you to our B&B (you have to check the time of departure). If you have a car, you can park it directly under the Bed and Breakfast.
