A beautiful apartment in the center and on the roofs of Montpellier

Ideally located in a quiet street, close to the famous Place de la Comedie, shops, restaurants and halls.
Exceptional Haussmanian apartment, duplex, 170 m2, renovated in 2018, with garage in the yard, elevator and rooftop terrace.
It has a living room - dining room - kitchen of 70 m2 bathed in sun, a desk. At each level of this duplex a large room (+ 20m2) with its ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, a large bathtub and an upstairs walk-in shower.

The apartment is fully air conditioned and equipped.
It is a unique property in which we live and rent a few weeks a year.

Lovely and spacious home in wonderful location

This was a great home with high ceilings, lots of windows, comfortable furniture and beds, and a perfect location. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed eating in a couple of nights. It was great to have the air conditioning during hot afternoons but it was not needed most evenings as there was a wonderful cross breeze from the windows. We were very happy with our stay.

Super nice with design style

The apparent is very well located and fully equipped with a simple but nice terrace to enjoy the evening and night. You feel like at home because of the details of decoration bringing a warm atmosphere. The building has an elevator which is very important (not easy to find in many old houses in Europe). The owner and management are very kind and offering support and details on where to go. It’s a really 5 star apartment.
