For less advanced skiers, the ski resort's Adams Avenue run is an easy 300-yard walk along the lightly travelled street. After a day on the mountain, enjoy the fantastic mountain views, restful wooded setting and two outdoor hot tubs.

The house is located at 181 Bridge Lane, which is on a well-plowed road about 2 miles up the mountain from Snowmass Base Village. The adjacent Wood Run Homeowners Ski Trail is used for ski-in, ski-out access by some 27 homes located along the Trail. It is maintained in skiing condition by the private Wood Run Ski Association.

The owners have rented this home to satisfied guests for 26 years. The owners' property manager will take care of any problems or issues that arise during a guest's stay.
