Located in a quiet residential area, just 800m from Playa Burriana, Nerja’s main beach where you will find plenty of bars, restaurants and shops and benefitting from a private swimming pool, several terraces and magnificent views of the mountains.

Built on 2 levels, private off street parking leads (via approximately 20 steps) to the main entrance, the open plan living area and kitchen is bright and airy thanks to the dual aspect picture windows, the living room has a double sofa bed, A/C and access to a good size terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped with all modern conveniences and also on this level you have 2 twin bedrooms (both with A/C) and a shower room.
Upstairs you will find a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (both with A/C) and 2 further shower rooms.
The private 7 x 3.5m pool is surrounded by terraces ideal for making the most of our fantastic climate and equipped with sun beds, hamac, table and chairs/parasols and a brick built barbeque. There is as well darts and a trampoline, games and toys.

Safety box. For the TV; there are all the English channels. Free internet through fiber optics, 2km to the centre, 500m to the nearest supermarket and 300m from a bus stop which has regular services to town.
Smoking is not allowed inside the villa. This house is not suitable for people who have walking difficulty.
