Bright and comfortable cottage, private entrance only for those who live in the house. Perfect for two people, up to 4 people. Large living area, satellite TV, well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, mini-pans, coffee machine, stove with 5 burners, fan-assisted oven, fridge with freezer. Mosquito nets to all windows.

Bathroom with shower, towels provided, hairdryer. Double bedroom. Double sofa bed in the living room. Outside a table with chairs to enjoy the tranquility of the place and the beautiful view. A garden with a small swimming pool in front of the entrance, to be used and possibly shared with another family that spends the holiday in a neighboring house always owned by me since 2020, the pool will be for the exclusive use of Casa Teresa.

Urlaub mit Vor- und Nachteilen.

Durch die Hitze im August, wer hätte gedacht, dass es im August in Italien heiß ist :), waren wir froh über die gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Leider war mir nicht bekannt, dass (obwohl die Wohnung in einem kleinen Dorf liegt) so viel Straßenverkehr (ca. 1 Auto/Motorrad jede 2 Minuten) direkt an der Wohnung vorbei fährt. Da die Fenster einfach verglast sind, war es recht laut.

Tolle Unterkunft

Die Wohnung war sehr schön. Man konnte von Ihr aus toll zu Ausflügen sowohl ans Meer als auch in die Berge starten. Es ist alles sehr gut ausgestattet. Esther ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Um sich abzukühlen kann man ganz toll den Pool nutzen, bevor man abends ins Dörfchen schlendert. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nur zu empfehlen

Wir waren sehr begeistert von der liebevoll und sehr gut ausgestatteten Wohnung. Es war alles da, Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Sandwichmaker usw. Der Pool mit dem Sitzplatz und dem Grill waren wunderschön. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.
