This is a luxury apartment on the first floor of the building with access by lift or stairs. In a non-traffic square, you will find a big balcony in the kitchen and living room as well as a huge terrace covering the entire apartment, in the back. The Pretty Porto Apartment has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (being one of them in suite), a big comfortable living room and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equiped with more than one coffee machine, a dishwasher, a water kettle, microwave, oven and stove top, toaster, citrus press, among others. All you may need, to use all the kitchen, can be found there as well. You can also find a washer machine and drying hangers, and also some cleaning products.
We also have parking places available in the property (extra cost applied).
The perfect sun exposure and the fantastic location of the apartment will allow you to have the best local experience in Porto. In 5 to 10 minutes walking you can be in every famous point in the city! : D

Great property

This apartment is perfect! Very large and comfortable. Great neighborhood. You can walk to the market and several excellent restaurants. Pro tip: go to Wilson’s next door-it’s fantastic and simple, not fancy. Also, walk to 17 degrees at the hotel nearby. It has great views! Enjoy this property; it’s great!

This spacious, well appointed 3 bed, 2-1/2 bath was very comfortable, great location and well appointed. A few concerns but all were quickly attended to by Fabio. The 1st floor with elevator was awesome.

Wonderful place near everything

This flat was perfect for our family’s New Year’s celebration. The beds were very comfortable, and the entire apartment was warm and cozy when the temperatures dropped at night. The kitchen was completely stocked and it had a washer AND dryer. Fabio was incredibly helpful in giving restaurant recommendations. City center was an easy walk away. We plan to stay here again next time we are in gorgeous Porto.

Great location for this modern Condo! One car attached garage with additional parking nearby. Condo has great kitchen area and washer and dryer convenience. Quiet and secure. Perfect for three couples. Bedrooms and baths very comfortable! Beautiful porches to be outside! Fun place!

Beautiful very large apartment in an ideal spot in Porto

There were 6 of us staying for 4 nights for a much-delayed birthday celebration. The first impression on entering the apartment was that it was much bigger than the photographs showed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and there was everything you could wish for in terms of equipment. Fábio who greeted us and showed us around was very considerate and coped well with a change of time as our inward flight was delayed. His English was also impeccable. The location is just outside the main bustle but everything is walkable. If you are coming from the airport by metro, there is a back exit which means that your walk to the apartment is very short. Try the Celtic restaurant just over the other side of the square for tapas and ciders

A great find in the centre of Porto

This lovely spacious apartment is situated in a quiet square a short walk from the city centre. The apartment was immaculate, well laid out and well equipped with everything we could have needed for our stay. The beds are very comfortable. Fabio could not have been more helpful and flexible and gave us helpful tips and information on where to find good restaurants and bars in the area. We would have no hesitation in recommending a stay in this delightful apartment.

Absolutely Stunning!

How wonderful to move into a brand new apartment with ultra modern conveniences...including a dryer. The neighborhood is very convenient, but it was nice to be a couple of blocks away from the hustle and bustle of the city on a lovely little park. Very nice coffee shop and a small grocery store within a very short walk.

Comfortable apartment

This apartment was well located, close enough to the center of activity but far enough away to be quiet. Small grocery right across the plaza and a larger one within 5 min walk. Many restaurants near and the the Trinidad train stop within view of the front door. The apartment had everything we needed and Fabio was very attentive and immediately responded when small problems would arise. All new kitchen with great appliances. There were 6 of us and we were able to sit at the large dining table for meals and plenty of seating in the living area. We would definitely recommend this apartment and stay there in the future if in Porto again.
