It consists of two bedrooms (one of them with sea views and with direct access to the private terrace overlooking the sea), fully equipped kitchen with everything you need (fridge, freezer, nitroceramic plate, oven, electric boiler, toaster, heater of water, sanwichera, electric coffee maker ... etc), living room with sea views and also with direct access to the private terrace with sea views, fully equipped bathroom, and a wonderful terrace of 24 square meters with the best views of The whole beach and bay of Gran Tarajal. Relaxing holiday

Lovely apartment, amazing sea views, great location close to good restaurants. The owner Antonio provided some welcome treats for our arrival and was very helpful with the luggage. We had a very comfortable stay, thank you.

Best Vacation Rental So Far

The renting period of the domicile was in March 2019. First of all, we had been warmly welcomed by the owner Antonio. He was guiding us to the parking lot and then into the flat. The luggage one of his employees took care of. It was delivered directly into the apartment. There we had been surprised by some nicely arranged gifts, like sparkling wine, red wine, cold beer, beverages, and some sweets. All very professional arranged. The rental home is fully equipped, and we found everything needed for a stay. Not to mention, the apartment was spotless clean. During the first night one of the beds in the second sleeping room broke. The duckboard of the bed collapsed (maybe I was a little too heavy for it.....). Antonio the next day took immediate action and solved the issue very professional. Well done! All questions we had have been immediately, professional and friendly answered. Up to this vacation we never had such excellent host. We can just recommend the apartment with that big balcony from which a top view to the sea, the beach and the harbor is guaranteed. Thank you -Antonio for making our vacation so memorable. If possible we will return and enjoy again. Marion and Elle

Schönes Appartement mit bester Aussicht

Wir haben den Aufenthalt genossen. Zum Empfang wurden allerlei Getränke, Obst und Knabbereien bereitgestellt. Das Appartement liegt in einem vier stöckigen Haus im obersten Geschoss direkt an der Strandpromenade. Man hat direkten Meerblick vom sehr großen Balkon. Der Ort Gran Tarajal hat erfreulicherweise keine Hotelburgen, es gibt aber trotzdem etliche Restaurants und Supermärkten in fußläufiger Entfernung. Für die vier Etagen sollte man aber noch einigermaßen gut zu Fuß sein, denn es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut eingerichtet. Auch an Gerätschaften in der Küche ist alles da, was gebraucht wird. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter Antonio per Whatsapp war sehr gut (auf englisch). Allerdings hätten wir uns eine Warnung und Alternativroute wegen der Sperrungen zur Karnevalsfeier gewünscht. Wir haben letztendlich trotzdem hingefunden und einen schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Für einen entspannten Urlaub

Zur Wohnung: Die Wohnung liegt im 4. Stock eines Mehrfamilienhauses. Es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl (diese Info für alle, die motorisch eingeschränkt sind). Zur Wohnung gehört ein Parkplatz in direkter Nähe. Der Blick auf den wenig besuchten Strand ist traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist genauso, wie auf den Bildern, war sauber und wir wurden von Antonio sehr herzlich und mit ein paar sehr lieben Details empfangen. Antonio hat auf Fragen schnell geantwortet und sich schnell gekümmert ( bei uns war an einem Tag das Wasser spärlich - ein Problem, das in diesem Ort öfter mal auftaucht, insbesondere im Sommer). Zur Umgebung: Es gibt fussläufig leckere Bäckereien, mehrere Einkaufsläden für den täglichen Bedarf, Eisdiele und einige Restaurants (und Antonios Empfehlungen waren die einzig guten!). Die Wohnung liegt oberhalb eines Restaurants. Wenn der Wind unglücklich stand, zogen manchmal Gerüche von dort hoch. Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe des Marktplatzes und eines Spielplatzes, was dazu führt, dass es abends etwas lauter sein kann. Tagsüber ist es seeehr ruhig, da es eher eine Arbeiterstadt als eine Touristadt ist. So war der Strand mit seinem feinen Sand während unseres Aufenthaltes angenehm leer. Wir haben uns hier gut erholt und würden wiederkommen.

Toller Blick, tolle Wohnung !

Wir waren über Weihnachten und Silvester für 10 Tage in dem Apartment. Die Kommunikation mit Antonio war vor der Anmietung und während der Anreise sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und stets bekam ich zügig eine Antwort. Am Flughafen gelandet, schickte Antonio einen Standort für den Parkplatz und dort wartete er dann schon auf uns. Er hat uns dann beide Koffer in das Apartment getragen. Das Apartment war sehr, sehr sauber und es gab viele Geschenke zur Ankunft: einen großen Obstkorb, verschiedene Softgetränke, Salziges und Süßes, sowie auf dem Balkon eisgekühltes Bier und Sekt. Ein toller Empfang! Wir haben dort wunderbare Tage verbracht und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Ein sehr großer Balkon mit einem schönen Blick und dem Meeresrauschen werden uns in Erinnerung bleiben, vielen Dank Antonio!
