Apartment, completely renovated, located in the Résidence du Mont Blanc in Combloux (formerly Grand Hotel PLM du Mont Blanc).

Ideal for large families, this apartment can accommodate up to 8 people with all the necessary comfort for a pleasant holiday.
The apartment consists of a living room / kitchen, three bedrooms (including one with a shower room), 1 bathroom, 2 separate WCs.

We do not provide wifi, favoring a mode of stay disconnected from everyday life and allowing you to enjoy the riches of the village and its surroundings.

In winter, come and enjoy exceptional snowmaking while skiing on the Evasion Mont Blanc area

Come and enjoy the biotope lake in summer

The residence offers its occupants a games room equipped with two ping pong tables, as well as an outdoor tennis court.

The shuttle (departure from the tourist office, free) takes you to the foot of the slopes (the Cry) in 10 minutes, with a departure every 1/4 hour approximately (summer and winter)

Living room: 1 sofa, 1 sofa bed (can be used as a bed for 2 people), TV, Blu Ray player, radio

Kitchen: induction hob, fridge / freezer, extractor hood, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher, raclette set, fondue set, coffee maker, kettle, ...

Bathroom: bath, sink, washing machine

Bedroom 1: a double bed, with a bathroom (shower / sink, heated towel rail), cupboard

Bedroom 2: a double bed, 1 sofa (extra sleeping possible), storage cupboard

Bedroom 3 (for 4 children): a bunk bed and a trundle bed, 1 chest of drawers, 1 bedside table. Possibility of adding an additional mattress to the floor.

A ski locker is also available.

Property good, but process let down by HomeAway's poor app and website

Everything was fine with the property. More spacious that we expected and perfectly functional. Pretty clean too. However it took us about an hour to get checked in because the HomeAway app or website didn't show us any access/checkin instructions. We were left stood outside, in the cold for ages while we tried to find someone with a contact number.

bel appartement spacieux, bien équipé, et idéalement situé au centre ville de Combloux. Accès facile en 10mn en voiture aux pistes de La Cry. Appartement spacieux, bien équipé et bien situé par rapport au centre de Combloux. Quelques efforts sont à faire pour une expérience optimale : - nous avons eu très chaud dans l’appartement et étions dans l’impossibilité de baisser les radiateurs (chauffage collectif dans la copropriété). Seule option possible, ouvrir les fenêtres alors que les radiateurs fonctionnaient, une aberration dans le contexte actuel… - pas de réseau téléphonique ni 4G dans l’appartement. On pourrait pallier ce point avec une box wifi, mais également inexistante dans l’appartement. - Concernant la propreté de l’appartement, cela est fait dans les grandes lignes mais c’est loin d’être irréprochable.

We have stayed here before, that really says it all,for four old blokes it perfect,convenient for Princesses Telecabin short drive away,loads of hot water ,two showers, good showers as well,,linens and towels provided saves on weight, we really don't look anywhere else ,its a nice big apartment that is always warm
