Wohnung für Selbstversorger

Da die eigentlich angemietet Wohnung einen Wasserschaden hatte, würden wir in einer anderen, etwas größeren Wohnung untergebracht. Diese Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man als Selbstversorger benötigt. Die Lage ist gut, Ortskern und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig erreichbar. Leider lag diese Wohnung zur Straße hin, so das es zu den Hauptverkehrszeiten recht laut war. Teresa als Ansprechpartnerin war jeden Tag in der Anlage Vorort und hat sich um alles gekümmert.

Vacanza rilassante nel verde

Io, mio marito e le mie due bambine abbiamo soggiornato dal 28 luglio al 10 agosto in questo alloggio ben tenuto e completo di tutto il necessario per passare 14 giorni in tranquillità ed autonomia. L’unica pecca è stato il caldo, l’alloggio non è provvisto di condizionatore (dettaglio chiaramente specificato nella descrizione) e il caldo anomalo di questi giorni ce ne ha fatta sentire proprio la mancanza. Il proprietario e le persone che collaborano con lui sono stati molto gentili e disponibili, si sono sempre adoperati per risolvere qualsiasi problema avessimo. La posizione dell’alloggio è perfetta per raggiungere in pochi minuti il graziosissimo centro di Santa Teresa e le numerose spiagge dei dintorni. Lo consiglio a coppie e famiglie con bambini.

Ottimo soggiorno.

Abbiamo alloggiato in questa abitazione nella settimana di ferragosto e ci siamo trovate benissimo. La casa molto semplice, ma accogliente e pulitissima. Dotata di tutto il necessario. I proprietari e il personale tutte persone gentilissime, disponibili e premurose. La casa non è dotata di parcheggio, ma non abbiamo avuto troppa difficoltà nel trovarlo nelle vicinanze. A pochi passi dal centro, vicina a tutti i servizi e a pochissimi km da Capo Testa, paradiso terrestre!!! Direi ottimo soggiorno!!!
