Nice and comfortable apartment on a tranquil neighborhood with a cozy balcony that looks to the old Archaeological Museum of Thessaloniki, situated next to the city center and very close to the famous seafront of Thessaloniki.
The spacious and luminous flat has all the necessary amenities and comforts for a nice and relaxing stay in Thessaloniki. The access of visitors is allowed in the entire apartment. Enjoy listening to CD's and LP's from a private collection or reading books from a rich library in the flat (Greek, English and French) but please leave all items in place for others to enjoy them too.
Please be respectful of the neighbors. Avoid making noise between 15:00-17:00 and after 23:00am.
Enjoy your stay while respecting the apartment and its amenities (furniture, books, LPs, etc), the common areas of the building and the natural resources (water, electricity).
The neighborhood is quiet but also lively and safe and is located just 5mins (walking) from the seafront and 15mins from the old historical center (white tour area). There are many stores around for grocery shopping and several options for eating and drinking 24/24h.

What makes this property unique
The property being close to the historical center and to the spacious seafront of Thessaloniki, offer the advantage of direct access by foot to the main city's attractions. Its cozy balcony looks to the old Archaeological Museum of the town a sample of 20th century eclectic architecture, also known as Yeni Tzami. It was built in 1902 by Italian architect Vitaliano Posell and on its first use was the mosque of Islamized Jews (Doenme) of Thessaloniki. Today it hosts cultural activities and offers a nice niche for a short walk or a break on its garden filled with roman antiquitιes.
