The Luca apartment is located in the historic center and overlooks Piazza Carducci, enjoys a beautiful view of the lake, you can admire romantic sunsets; it is near the Scaligero Castle (50mt), Terme di Sirmione (500mt), Grotte di Catullo (800mt). Furnished with attention to detail and is equipped with all the comforts necessary to make you feel at "CASA", very spacious (100m2) and bright, with two panoramic terraces.
The accommodation is a second floor apartment of 100 m2 consisting of four rooms, a bathroom and two terraces overlooking the lake and Piazza Carducci. The master bedroom is romantically decorated with new and comfortable mattress and pillows. The second bedroom, always in romantic style, is very spacious and can accommodate 4 people, with a possible cot for babies (infants). The living room is illuminated by a large window facing the western shore of the lake, with its docking jetty; It is equipped with a flat screen LED TV, a sofa, a rocking chair and a side table and a bookcase. The kitchen is equipped with all useful appliances (fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, stove, kettle, coffee machine and with sockets for the current comfort. Kitchen and living room are an openspace. The bathroom has a shower, sink, bidet, toilet, washing machine. All rooms have windows or French windows so Casa Luca is VERY bright and airy.

This was an amazing apartment. It was overlooking the beautiful town square. It was walking distance to all of that Sirmione had to offer. The beds were comfortable and the living space was very comfortable with a place for everyone to sit. Luca quickly responded to questions and left snacks for our stay.

Perfect location

We had a great stay in a great apartment. Casa Luca is perfectly, perfectly situated right in the middle of Sirmione, a short distance from the ferry pier & all the attractions. Our host Luca was fantastic and answered any questions quickly & helpfully. I could not fault anything about it.

Great Location,

Very nice appartment right in the centre of Sirmione. Host was very helpfull in arranging parking. It can be noisey with the windows open, as the appartment is located right in the heart of things, but with the windows closed it is quiet. It was great not to have to use the car except for excursions to the Caneva Aquapark ( 30 mins ) and Venice (2 hours). Sirmione is only 40 minutes from Verona Airport.

Excellent Location, Easy Check In

We had a great experience at this rental. Check in was thoroughly explained and for the most part easy (we had a little confusion actually getting there but figured it out). Decorations are a bit quirky and it seems the owner may actually live and/or run a side business having to do with military figurines out of the property. The photos of your views do not do it justice. I enjoyed hanging out the window with a cup of coffee in the morning. or glass of wine in the evening and watching the people and ferries come in and out. This spot is in the middle of it all. Very convenient to all the Old Town has to offer! Would definitely recommend this space!

Sirmoine old town

Great communication with the owner. Apartment was in the best location in the old town, view is over pier where all lake Garda boats dock for passengers. I should add that owner recommended parking outside old town which had golf carts that transport you and your bags to the front door of the apartment. You could go to you car anytime and come back to parking facilities- no worries about finding a parking space The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. It did have AC. We would stay here again, with the access to the old town sites, restaurants. Shops, gelato and lake transportation there is no need to get in a car We loved Sirmoine the first time we visited and this time was no different. If you get an opportunity to visit, you won’t regret it and this apartment is in the perfect location

The apartment was absolutely wonderful with a great location and wonderful view.

We loved our stay at Casa Luca. It was spacious and cool in the midst of a very busy weekend in Sirmione. We could see the boats on Lake Garda as well as hear jazz from one of the near by restaurants. Having the ability to make our own dinner, do some laundry and watch the World Cup soccer were all nice aspects of our stay. We thank you for a very nice welcome after our delayed arrival. Advising guests that, if they are not driving, they may want to come by boat rather than bus, would be helpful.
