Cala Ginepro is an exclusive and silesiozo residential complex immersed in the Mediterranean scrub overlooking the turquoise waters of the Tavolara and Molara marine park a few steps from the sea. The complex is easily accessible as it is located between the towns of Porto San Paolo and San Teodoro. The house has two double bedrooms with a bathroom, a fully equipped living room / kitchen, a large covered terrace with a beautiful sea view and on the island of Molara and an uncovered terrace solarium area with barbeque. The house has a front garden with two seats car and main garden totally immersed in the rustic Sardinian green and the typical vegetation of arbutus and junipers.

Sehr gepflegtes Reihenhäuschen in schöner Residence

Vom Flughafen aus war das Häuschen sehr gut zu erreichen. Auch die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut und freundlich. Es war alles sehr sauber und wir haben alles vorgefunden, was wir brauchten. Die Residenz ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Da taucht man direkt im Urlaubsstimmung ein. Auch wenn das Häuschen nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügt, so ging doch immer eine erfrischende Brise, so dass uns nie zu heiß war. Die überdachte Terrasse bietet zu jeder Tageszeit wunderbaren Schatten, um sich im Freien aufzuhalten. Man genießt von dort einen wunderschönen Blick in den kleinen, gepflegten Garten und sieht sogar das Meer. Die Bucht ist zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten zu erreichen. Auch andere Sehenswürdigkeiten und Badestrände erreicht man mit dem Auto innerhalb kurzer Fahrzeiten. Die Lage ist also sehr gut für Ausflüge aller Art. Auch Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut mit dem Auto erreichbar. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen und sagen dem Vermieter ein herzliches Dankeschön

Casa piccola ma funzionale per 4 persone. Molto pulita e in ordine. Proprietario molto gentile e disponibile. Vino alle più belle spiagge di S. teodoro.
