This property is located right in the center of town, and a 2-minutes walk from the beach, also a few minutes walk away are restaurants, cafes, grocery stores, bakeries. Apartments Bakija were built inaccording to the project of two young architects. The building is listed among the three best architectural solutions for residential construction in Croatia in 2012.

All units are air-conditioned, feature a dining area and a sitting area (except studio apartments) with a satellite flat-screen Tv. Wi-fi is free. All units include a terrace with sea or garden views. There is also a kitchen, equipped with a microwave, toaster and dishes. A refrigerator and stovetop are also provided, as well as a coffee machine and a kettle. There is a private bathroom with a bathtub or shower and free toiletries in each unit. Towels are available.
Apartments Bakija also includes a barbecue.
