The living room is bright and elegant, with two exterior balconies that can be enjoyed as small terraces—ideal for reading, dining, or enjoying a glass of wine with views of the historic Plaza de la Contratación. The kitchen is separate, spacious, modern, and fully equipped, with ventilation opening into the living room.
The property has an elevator, although you need to climb three steps to reach it.
The apartment is located in one of the most exclusive and peaceful areas of Seville’s historic center, right next to the Royal Alcázar and just steps from the Cathedral. The surrounding area offers plenty of tapas bars, restaurants, and local shops, all within easy walking distance of the city’s main monuments.
