Newly built marvellous open plan kitchen, dining room opens to a veranda.
Three bedrooms with closets, Two and a half bathrooms. The master bedroom has a California King Bed and is en suite with jacuzzi tub, a large walk-in closet and a private patio.
The second bedroom has a Queen Bed.
The third bedroom has a Double Bed.
Off the Foya there is an additional bathroom with little toilets and sinks for the little ones in the family.
Large sunken living room with fire place and a balcony with garden views.
Laundry area with washer and dryer.
Private garden area entrance with a built in the wall Bar-B-Q, and outdoor furniture.
Plus an additional upper ground area for entertaining and sun bathing.
A five minute walk into the Estate will get you access to a private dock where you can enjoy swimming or fishing.
