Indulge in the beauty of nature. Perfect place for you and your furry friends.

This secluded place will allow you to savor the Mediterranean life and lose yourself among scents, colors and flavors. The house is the dependance of a villa with a typical terraced garden where we enjoy growing lemon, orange and olive trees. The structure was built by my grandparents over 50 years ago to bring the whole family together during the holidays. Here we spent carefree summers in contact with nature, enjoying the sea, the sun and healthy life. I hope it will be the same for you.
We love animals and we are happy to welcome your four-legged friends.

This detached house is the ideal place for couples wishing to spend a quiet and relaxing holiday or for those traveling with their furry friends. Located about 4 miles (6 km) from Sorrento and less than 1 mile (1.2 km) from the center of Massa Lubrense. From the roof terrace you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea and of the Gulf of Naples and suggestive sunsets. You can reach the sea on foot in 10 minutes. The main room is a large sunny living room that opens onto a 20 square meter terrace, which runs along the entire facade of the house. The terrace is equipped with a table and deck chairs to enjoy the fresh air of the evening and enjoy pleasant breakfasts or dinners overlooking the garden, accompanied only by the sounds of nature. From here you can enjoy an enchanting glimpse of the sea that opens between the branches of the olive trees. In the main room there is a sofa, 2 armchairs, a television and a large table. The rest of the house consists of a fully equipped eat-in kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, microwave, gas oven, washing machine), a bathroom with bathtub with shower and a bright and comfortable double bedroom. We supply hair dryers, soaps, a basic food kit (salt, sugar, oil from our garden, vinegar, spices, tea, coffee, honey).
All guests are welcome in our garden. They can pick lemons or other seasonal fruits.
A private parking space is available for guests on the roof terrace.

Beautiful, peaceful location

If anything, I would say the description does not fully do justice to the peace and quiet and beauty of the location - it's easy access to the water and the chance to relax in the garden amidst the lemon trees, watching the sunset. We loved our time here and hope to return - the only small, slight negative, was for someone with a slightly sore back like me, the bed was not the most comfortable. Highly recommended for a peaceful break and great location to explore the coast - and Rita was a super helpful host!

Beautiful view

Beautiful view but wishing the club next to the property wasn’t there they played music too loud and partied late until 230 AM in the morning on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. It disturbed and we couldn’t get rest or sleep. The local residents complained to the club and authorities but the local authorities couldn’t help out .

Peaceful Seaside Getaway

The home is beautiful and well loved by its owner and very well appointed. We truly loved the lush terraced gardens, with a lemon grove heavy with lemons; olive trees with baby olives; peach and apricot trees with fruit as well as a vegetable garden- and we were encouraged to enjoy it all - which we did! You can see the sea from the top parking terrace as well as glimpses through the olive trees. There is a beach club below which can be loud for special occasions such as a wedding reception. But overall didn’t bother us.As with many homes along the coast of Italy it is a challenge to drive to but there are many transportation options including taxi’s, buses and local restaurants that will drive you both ways for free. There is a lot of walking and steps involved to get to the “beach” but well worth it. Rent chairs and an umbrella and swim in the sea for a perfect restful day.

You have been able to capture the soul of these places: picking vegetables in the garden and cooking them to enjoy all their flavor, socializing with the little gang of cats that live in the garden, enjoying the sunsets and the scents of the flowers, the garden that lights up with many solar lamps and the night becomes magical. The possibility of reaching the sea on foot and Sorrento by bus. You have lived like real locals.

Our stay was nothing short of perfect. Our hostess, Rita, ensured a smooth arrival with excellent communication and instructions. Upon arriving, she warmly greeted us and provided a full tour of the home to know all features available. The property is exceptionally maintained, impeccably clean, and well equipped to make one's stay comfortable, relaxing, and enjoyable. We especially appreciated the fully furnished kitchen and screened-in doors. This enabled us to enjoy the nice weather without mosquitos entering. Rita also shared highly useful information on public transportation, specialty shops, and a local cooking school. Some other visitors mentioned the night club nearby. Please know, while they play music on certain nights, the music is VERY good and piqued our curiosity. We did visit the club and people were very friendly (even if we were the oldest attendees). On the nights the club did not play music, we could hear the waves splashing from the shore and enamored by the fragrant breeze of jasmine. We are very grateful to Rita who made our stay so incredibly enjoyable and unforgettable. Without hesitation, we will return in the near future for another visit. Many thanks.
