Welcome to our wonderful executive villa conveniently located in the beautiful Calabay Parc development! You’ll enjoy all of central Florida’s wonderful amenities from our convenient location with easy access to all the theme parks, restaurants, water parks, shopping, golf, beaches and much, much more

We set out to create a luxury villa experience for our guests and we have added lots of little touches to make you feel as if our villa is truly your home away from home. The home features a large open floor plan and can easily accommodate 2 families and sleeps up to 10 without feeling crowded.

The first floor contains the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to create memorable meals. There is a breakfast bar with seating and a breakfast table adjacent to the kitchen allowing everyone space for casual dining.
A separate formal dining room is also available for those special sit-down meals.
The living room is large and spacious with plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV and DVD player.
Two master suites are located on the first floor. The first suite boasts a king bed and a large master bathroom with tub, his n hers vanity units and separate shower.
The second master suite features a queen bed and an attached full bathroom with shower
There is a separate lounge that can function as an additional bedroom complete with a queen sleeper sofa and 55” flat screen TV, DVD player and surround sound. A perfect place to watch a movie or catch a sporting event.
The games room includes a pool table.and foosball.

A laundry room completes the amenities on the first floor.

The second floor features the third master suite complete with queen bed, and a large walk-in shower. The remaining two bedrooms, each contain two twin beds, while sharing a common bathroom and shower
Rounding out the second floor, our gallery area has a PS3 games console

Our home also features a large “L”-shaped pool with sun loungers and a covered lanai with overhead ceiling fan for your outdoor comfort.
The pool features night lighting for evening swims and also has a security fence for pool-area safety.
The pool deck is also extra-large to accommodate ample room for lots of sunbathing.
The pool area is directly accessible from either the main master suite or through the patio sliding doors just off the main living room area.
Pool/spa heating is available on request - must be ordered at time of booking
A BBQ grill can also be provided if required for a small daily fee - must be ordered at time of booking.
Travel cots, high-chair are provided free
Our villa is air-conditioned throughout

Last, but certainly not least, our home is covered with high-speed WIFI and free unlimited local calls
