STUNNING KITCHEN RENOVATION, GRANITE & NEW CABINETS IN BOTH BATHROOMS, REPAINTING OF ENTIRE UNIT, AND COMFY LIVING ROOM FURNITURE!

Come and enjoy our spacious 2BR/2BA 1200 square foot condo on the 12th floor of beautiful Surfside Resort located in the calmer, less congested Miramar Beach section of Destin, FL. Our southeast ocean view from our 8' x 28' private balcony is unobstructed by buildings and SPECTACULAR!

We get the morning sun and afternoon shade so enjoy your morning coffee out on the balcony and return later to relax in the afternoon shade. Enjoy the wonderful sights and sounds of the ocean and gaze down the southeastern Gulf Coast shoreline all the way to Panama City! All rooms have balcony access due to the unique floorplan of this unit. Our interior is all tile flooring with comfortable and family friendly furniture and decor.

The huge master bedroom includes a king size bed, flat screen SMART TV, walk-in lighted closet, dressing area, vanity table, and large master bath with tiled walk-in shower. A full size washer/dryer unit is in master bath. The second bedroom has two QUEEN beds with large closet and bathroom with shower. It also has a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a slide barn door for privacy for the bedroom and shower.

An awesome 55" curved ultra HD 4K high def SMART TV (Netflix Hulu, Spotify, YouTube), games and puzzles all in living room for entertainment.

Dining room has mirrored walls which provide a great view from all seats. The fully-equipped kitchen has high end appliances and everything you will need for cooking and/or entertaining including a K-cup coffee maker!

We offer FREE Beach Service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella) March 1 - October 31.

SURFSIDE RESORT is an all-inclusive property including a FITNESS room with gym equipment, SPORTS deck (tennis under the lights, shuffle board, pickleball, and basketball) above a COVERED & secure parking deck, large HEATED POOL and deck area, two HOT TUBS, a KIDDIE pool, Royal Palm Grille food and beverage service and a pool house with showers. Also, Surfside has FIBER OPTICS run to every unit and a secure WiFi connection!

Crossover the SKYBRIDGE/catwalk from the pool deck to the SUGAR WHITE sand and EMERALD GREEN waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

*Surfside Resort features 'ROYAL PALM GRILLE' restaurant, 'SURFSIDE SPA' (massages, facials, etc), and 'SURFSIDE BEAUTY STUDIO' located on the 1st floor.*

Surfside now offers BEACH WEDDINGS and RECEPTIONS in the new beautiful event VENUE catered by Royal Palm Grille restaurant.

Golf next door at Seascape. Baytown golf (3 courses - Raven, Links, and Baytowne) 2 miles. No golf cart parking available.

Sunshine Daydream is in a great location, great view of the Gulf of America, and very welcoming and cozy place to stay. Private beach is just a short stroll across old Hwy 98 (Scenic Gulf Drive). The hosts were great, super responsive and the whole experience was very low stress and a great weekend getaway for me and my spouse. I would definitely recommend.

We had a great time during our stay at surfside real nice place we stayed in unit 1207 and it was very clean and the furniture and appliances were very nice also had a nice view of ocean the owner was really helpful on our stay will be back.

Great place!

Wonderful place to stay in Destin. The condo is very nice. The property is wonderful. The skybridge across Hwy 98 makes beach access very easy - especially with children. Suzanne is great to work with!

Nicest condo yet at Surfside

My partner and I have been staying at Surfside for one week for about the last ten years. This condo was just wonderful. We love the area and the condo was up-to-date with very nice kitchen and bathrooms. We thoroughly enjoyed our week. We would definitely choose this unit again.

Beautiful Destin

Surfside is a great place to stay on Miramar Beach. It has easy access to lots of activities in the area. The unit we rented had a great view of the ocean and was very quiet at night. We enjoyed siting on the balcony in the A.M. and P.M. Sun in the morning and shade in the late afternoon/evening. Thank you our relaxing vacation.

Great Vacation!!

We really enjoyed our vacation at Surfside 1207. The condo remodel is beautiful! I loved staying in a condo that was so modern (including a smart tv) with great views of the ocean. Absolutely perfect! The location is par excellence and is truly steps from the beach. The home itself is exactly as described - clean, beautifully decorated and very well equipped. We travelled with family and cooked multiple meals in the house. The host was quick to respond, exceptionally easy to work with and truly went the extra mile with helping list out some great neighborhood restaurants and things to do! Will definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation

This is a nice condo with great views of the ocean. Easy access to the beach with free umbrella and beach chair service. The heated pool and hot tubs were a bonus. Overall we had a wonderful stay and really enjoyed all the amenities that came with this unit. My experience with the owners was amazing. They were great to work with and extremely responsive. I would definitely come back to stay again and would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Fantastic Destin(ation)

Stayed at this Surfside 12th floor condo over Spring Break 2011. Unit has fantastic view of the gulf from large comfortable patio. Great location with deck pool and easy access to beachfront.. Clean, nicely furnished condo in a quieter area east of Destin yet a short drive to family fun activites, watersports, and fine restaurants. The Owners, Surfside staff, fellow visitors, and residents were very friendly and helpful. This condo met all of our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

Great Vacation Spot

Thanks for letting us rent your Condo. We had a great week. The beach is beautiful and the pool was a nice warm 85 degrees. The whole family had a blast. It was nice to have free umbrella service every day. There were also a lot of beach toys in the unit for the kids to use. The unit was in great shape. The kitchen was also very well equipped. We will be back again.

Great Vacation - Well Furnished Condo

We’ve stayed here several times and love it. Great view of the ocean and the pool. We love the free umbrella/beach chairs and the kids love how the pool is always kept warm. The beach and pool access are both easy. The condo is very well furnished and has everything we needed. The little things like the blender, waffle maker, plenty of cookware are very appreciated. We have a family of 5 so the sleeper sofa gives us plenty of space. We always have a wonderful stay. We will continue coming back for a great family week.

Fall Break

We enjoyed our stay at Surfside 1207. The condo was nice and so was the view. Unit was clean and updated and Chris was great to work with. Week started with rain due to Hurricane Delta, but ended up clearing and the last 3 days were beautiful. My husband and I relaxed and our daughter and her friends enjoyed the beach and shopping and being on the go. Thank you, Chris!

Fall Break at the Beach

I reserved this property one year in advance specifically for the handicap accommodations available. My husband is confined to a wheelchair and he was able to move from room to room without any issues. The roll in shower and bathroom sink made our stay so comfortable. There were even portable ramps to the balcony that enabled him to easly access the views of the beach with the family. We will rent this condo again!

Absolutely beautiful

This is one of the more accurate rentals that I have rented through VRBO recently. First of all it was very clean. The kitchen was well stocked compared to other places that I have rented from in the past. There was plenty of room for my family. Chris was wonderful with communicating with me. GREAT condo and GREAT OWNERS!!

We had a great time during our stay! The condo was clean and bright, and we were happy to see that the condo had alot of kitchen appliances and small items that we didn't have to buy. It made it feel more like a home away from home, and the pictures of the unit on the website were exactly what we saw when we arrived. I had no trouble in getting into contact with Suzanne about any questions or planning, which was very convenient and reassuring to know that the person renting us the condo was honest and interested in helping us anyway she could. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Destin and will recommend this condo to others!

Fantastic Condo!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our stay at this property. The unit is comfortable and beautifully decorated with a stunning view of the gulf. We loved the location, with the beach just across the street and many restaurants and activities only minutes away. We also took advantage of the restaurant located on site. The sushi bar was great. The unit is well equipped and provided us with everything we needed. We also enjoyed the beach chairs and umbrella provided daily by the property. Also, Chris, the property owner was very nice and helpful when we contacted him with a general question. We travel to the gulf every summer and look forward to staying here again when we come back.

The view of the ocean amazing.

We had the best vacation. The pictures are great, but in person it is so much better. The owners are great to work with. They answered all questions and would respond very quickly. We did not have one problem and will go with this property every year. The restaurant (Rick's Crab Shack) was awesome, we took advantage of the all you can eat crab legs. Everything was at our fingertips. We cooked a couple of nights and everything was available to use. Thank you so much Suzanne and Chris, best visit to Destin so far and we go every year!

John and Patti Sturm from New Melle, MO. We have 2 sons and a daughter who love going down to Surfside and hanging out on the beach and at the pool. We bought our condo in 2021 and love our spectacular view and private balcony.
