RENOVATED EAST CORNER TWO BEDROOM GULF FRONT CONDO/CLOSE 2 ATTRACTIONS & PIER

This east corner condo unit has breathtaking views of the gulf from each room in the condo. We recently remodeled our condo for your vacation retreat as you enjoy overlooking the white sandy beaches of Gulf Shores.

Our remodeled condo can be your next vacation location! We have new granite countertops in the kitchen along with new stainless steel appliances. There are fantastic views from every room -- in the master bedroom you have sweeping views of the Gulf State Park, the Gulf State Pier, and the gulf from the bed as well as the other bedroom. Our condo has fabulous quality mattresses and bed linens. There are flat screen TVs in each bedroom and also in the living room. We also have great outdoor balcony furniture as you relax and feel the breeze of the ocean and listen to the waves.

Our condo is comprised of the following:
• King in the master bedroom -- with large dual area master bath, flat screen TV, and large walk in closet in the master bedroom
• Queen in the guest bedroom --with a bathroom in the hallway, flat screen TV, and closet as well in the guest bedroom
• There are twin bunk beds in the hallway – great for kids
• The sofa converts to a sleeper (queen) in the living area –with a flat screen TV for the living area and two comfortable accent chairs for relaxing
• The kitchen has all new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped with small appliances and all of the necessary cooking utensils
• There is a washer and dryer in the hallway -- linens are provided for your stay
• Our balcony is also a great refuge with a table and chairs along with a lounging chair. It is a perfect place to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or even an afternoon snack. We love sitting around and talking on our balcony with friends. I am sure that you will love it!
• We have beautiful pools which include an indoor pool and an outdoor pool. We have a hot tub, sauna, and fitness center in Royal Palms as well.

Royal Palms is such a desirable rental because it has all the amenities of larger condos without the higher price. Also, Royal Palms is situated on western edge of our state park, which provides ultimate privacy. The balcony is a wrap which provides awesome views of the beach and Gulf of Mexico. My favorite part about staying at the Royal Palms is the location on the beach!

HANGOUT/MUSIC PARKING PASSES ARE $175 EACH in May. Regular parking passes are $70 each.

Great location with beautiful views of the Gulf and the Gulf State Park’s fishing pier! We saw dolphins from the balcony everyday. The beach area was very nice. The king size bed was super comfortable.

The condo was exactly as described. We enjoyed being within walking distance of the pier. The location was great and we liked the less crowded atmosphere of the beach. Last minute decision for holiday weekend getaway Property was as listed . I would have preferred pool on beach front instead of side of building . Everything was clean and well maintained . We would love to stay again on long weekend.

Location is the best part. Condo was only ok. Baseboards were dirty & furniture was dusty. Kitchen was stocked with cheap cookware/utensils & was lacking (i.e. only four full-size glasses). Bunk beds are not a standard size and are inadequate for anyone over 10 yrs old. Towels were very thin/cheap & some had holes. Overall, the owners clearly put in the minimum amount of required for maintenance/upkeep but charge a a premium to renters. Probably won’t stay here again or recommend it to others.

Thanks for taking time to review our condo! I am so sorry that our condo did provide you our very best and numerous 10/10 reviews! Our condo has been rented non stop for the busy summer and fall. We are very hands on owners who are constantly involved with all guests. I was down there during your stay and would have been happy to accommodate any of these issues because I am that kind of owner and you can see that in my reviews. We provide a cleaning staff phone number in the condo and I provide my personal owner cell phone number to be able to take care of all of the needs. The cleaning lady would have brought you new towels and we purchase nice linens and towels for our condos. The cleaning lady did not receive a call during your stay and I did not receive a call to assist you during your stay. I believe in guest services and that is why I provide two phone numbers for all guests to reach out during their stay if they need us! Upon your departure, we gutted two showers and replaced them and did an entire deep clean of the condo. Space is limited in these condos so providing all of the items in the kitchen can be very challenging. We try our best to provide a variety of sizes of glasses, kitchen utensils, and cookware. This condo has a lot of cookware in the cabinet. I am also on the board of directors at this condo complex. So not only am I a hands on owner, I help oversee the entire building and property. We have continued to share our condo with guests since 2008 and we will continue to strive to make our condo a place that everyone can enjoy!

Love the beach

Two bedroom condo served us well. Upon check-in the key lock did not work but host Tammy was there shortly and personally took charge and got a locksmith to change the lock and we were in shortly. Condo is an end unit euth great views and all you need for a great visit. Highly recommend.

Wow! Yes, this was a new adventure for me! The kaba lock chose not to work for some reason. I was there in 10 minutes and called the locksmith to get us into the condo. This condo was located right next to the state park so there is no there is plenty of room to spread out and no crowds. The condo is a very pleasant place and the owner was wonderful to deal with!

We love gulf shores and the royal palms. The condo had everything you could want. The location is perfect, and beaches are not crowded. We would definitely recommend this unit to anyone looking for a great vacation.

Thank you for the compliment and this location is simply out of this world. Agree! During the summer heavy rental season it brings more guests and more sand into our condos! We deep clean 3-4 times per year. However, during June and July it is impossible to do do a deep clean due to the number of rentals and quick turn arounds!

We had a great stay at the Royal Palm! Our unit was on the 9th floor with an amazing view of the beach and ocean from all rooms. Our host Tammy Brown was so accommodating and easy to communicate with. We will definitely recommend this location and hope to come back next year!

Perfect Spot

With Covid being our nation's reality right now we were looking for a spot to stay that would be less crowded. This was the perfect spot just for that...on the end before the Gulf State Park began therefor less beach crowds and condo building wasn't bad on the amount of people there. Met with owners and they were delightful people. Will definitely stay here again!

We live in the mid west part of Alabama. We were definitely excited when we purchased this condo. Over the past five years, we have remodeled and added to the unit for everyone to enjoy. Our family enjoys traveling to the beach to enjoy the beautiful white sand and the sun. The boys love to fish on the Gulf State Pier and ride their bikes down the Gulf State Park trails. We have met so many wonderful people at the beach and we look forward to many more trips. We are thrilled to be able to share our condo with other families who also love the beach!

Why they chose this property

We chose to purchase this unit in the Royal Palms because of the unique location. It is an east corner unit next to the Gulf State Park which is a beautiful pristine beach. It is also the condo closest to the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico. The views from this condo are amazing and everyone agrees that it has the best views in Gulf Shores. This condo complex it very family oriented because of the indoor and outdoor pool. The beach is not very crowded so it is a very safe and a relaxing place to watch your children play on the beach.
