Welcome to an old wine-growing house decorated in the typical spirit of the south. Here you can aspire to tranquility, taste the freshness of the pool with family or lovers, take advantage of bike or walking tours to discover the hinterland of the Occitania region.

Equipped with an American kitchen of a bright stay overlooking the garden and the swimming pool at your disposal. Even if the latter is shared with the owner.
The terrace with garden furniture and barbecue as well as numerous deckchairs are at your disposal for the relaxation side.
Upstairs: 3 comfortable bedrooms will allow you to spend calm and peaceful nights with air conditioning to cool off your nights. Housing equipped with an Ethernet cable, TV, DVD.

Paradis des vacances avec piscine, idéal pour une famille

M. Bataller, le très gentil et serviable propriétaire, nous a loué cette merveilleuse maison de vacances, dans laquelle nous (une famille de 4 personnes de Suisse) avons profité de l'été français pendant 10 jours. La maison est spacieuse et meublée avec goût et offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vos vacances. La piscine et l'air conditionné dans la maison vous rafraîchissent agréablement et aident pendant les heures chaudes de midi et de nuit. Dans le village vous pouvez trouver entre d'autres deux boulangeries, deux épiceries, deux étals de marché de légumes et un magasin du pêcheur du village avec des fruits de mer super frais, un petit supermarché dans le village et un bon restaurant (Le Parfum de Garigues). Maraussan est aussi un bon point de départ pour de nombreux voyages de découverte en Languedoc, par exemple à Bézier, Narbonne, Carcassonne et les nombreux sites touristiques de la région, mais aussi pour des dégustations de vins dans les vignobles environnants ou dans la coopérative du village voisin et pour des baignades au bord de mer. Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances ici. Un grand merci à M. Bataller !
