@Chariya thanks for organizing the stay for us! Great place and we enjoyed our stay, but cleanliness was a big issue. The toilet had red rings, the kitchen and bathrooms weren’t properly cleaned. Would recommend improving the cleaning standards.

Great Stay!

8 Friends and I stayed at the house in May 2011, and had a great time there! The house was spacious, with a nice pool, pool table and living area with plenty of seating. There is also a bbq pit outside that we made good use of. Cord, the owner was extremely friendly, and made sure everything was setup for our arrival. The house is about 2km from the beach and center of town. You can call for a cab to take you to the beach, and catch a tuk tuk back to the house. Just note that the house does not come with a telephone, so to call for taxis, you need to use a cell phone with roaming, or call using Skype on your computer (the house has Wifi). Not much of a problem if you're prepared for this. All in all, we had a great stay, and would love to go back to Koh Samui again!

Très bien

Nous ne somme restés qu’une nuit mais nous avons adoré. La maison est grande, la piscine géniale. Les chambres sont équipées d’une sdb et il y en a une en plus au rdv. La salle de sport est bien équipée. Nous recommandons ce logement. Hôte sympathique.

Très belle maison, piscine très sympa et beau billard Maison très spacieuse Communication facile avec le gérant et le propriétaire Le plus compris dans le prix : la femme de ménage tous les 3 jours , et l entretien de la piscine Le - , c est l électricité environ 10 euros par jour facturé en supplément

Amazing Property with Amazing Service

We were 7 friends who had been backpacking through Thailand and decided that halfway through we would take a break from the hostels and indulge in a villa. We definitely picked the right property. Cord was great and arranged a pickup for us from the Ferry. He met us at the villa and let us know everything that we needed to about the property and surrounding area. Everything that was listed on the website was completely accurate and the property was in immaculate shape (and was maintained throughout our stay). The one challenge we faced was when coming home at night from Chaweng beach, some of the cab drivers did not know the place. Luckily Cord has business cards which we all took out which have a map of how to get home so we eventually all made it back. I would highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a hidden gem while traveling through Thailand. It is quite private and has all the amenities that you will need. Thanks again for a great stay Cord!

MUCHA VILLA PARA NOSOTROS (7 AMIGOS FIESTEROS) UN EQUIPAZO DE MÚSICA CON ALTAVOCES POR TODA LA CASA, HASTA EN LA PISCINA, PERO NO LO PODÍAMOS PONER A TOPE, PORQUE LOS VECINOS SE QUEJABAN. LA VILLA ES INCREIBLE, LAS FOTOS SE QUEDAN CORTAS... DE VERDAD. LA MESA DE BILLAR LA UTILIZAMOS BASTANTE, EL GIMNASIO LA VERDAD QUE TAMBIÉN UNA PASADA PERO NADIE LO UTILIZÓ. MUY BIEN SITUADO A 5 MINUTOS EN COCHE DE CHAWENG BEACH Y DE LA ZONA DE FIESTA Y JUSTO DETRÁS DE LA VILLA TENEIS UN PAR DE CENTRO COMERCIALES PARA COMPRAR. NO TIENE VISTAS AL MAR, PERO TIENE UN LUJO TOTAL. LIMPIAN CADA DOS DÍAS Y EL PROPIETARIO ES UN AMERICANO DE LOS ANGELES QUE TE DA BASTANTE LIBERTAD.

Fantastic Villa!

We stayed at this beautiful villa for nearly two weeks - it was spectacular! The villa is gorgeous and extremely spacious. It has everything you could possibly want or need for your holiday. The pool is perfect, refreshing and large. We used the BBQ grill when we didn't feel like dining out. The owner provided a Koh Samui "manual" to address any questions we could drum up. Everything was perfect...the Villa exceeded our expectations, by far. Thanks SO much for a great stay on the Island. Kat
