Duplex apartment located on the 1st floor of a typical Savoyard beautiful building completely renovated in 1789.
The apartment "Abricotine" can comfortably accommodate 6/8 persons.
The building the "castle" is located 500 m from the center of Morzine in the quiet hamlet of Udrezants.

In Winter: free shuttle buses take you to the gondola of Avoriaz, Morzine gondola at, or in the center of Morzine. The stop is located 100m from the castle

In summer: The apartment is not equipped to receive mountain bikes
You can enjoy all the following activities on the doors of the sun for 3€ / day per person, lifts for pedestrians, swimming pool, ice rink, tennis ...

Lovely Chateau had everything we needed, in a good location just 2 minutes from the free shuttle bus. We had a heated store for our ski boots, nice comfortable lounge and dining room, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfy. We would recommend this place and we hope to stay again in the future. Host was on hand and very helpful.

Excellent chalet

Spent 4 days in Morzine on a cycle trip. Chalet was was perfect - close to town, lovely sunny garden to have dinner and drinks in the evening.

Lovely chalet, with great location.

Chalet was exactly as described. Rooms were a good size and it was well equipped. We had plenty of room for our 2 family’s of 4. Elisabeth and her daughter were very welcoming and helpful. I would highly recommend!!

Nice Chalet

It is a really nice Chalet with two floors. The four bedrooms are big anouth to sleep in and we had enought space for all our snowboardstuff. Under the outside stairs they had a store for our boards and skies. In the livingroom is a big table and a cozy chill out area for 8 people. The kitchen has everything you need! It is just a 5minutes walk to the busstation. The bus drives you to morzine or the liftstation Avoriaz ( it takes 8min.). You can also walk to Morzine (10min). We had a really nice stay and the hosts were so nice and helpful, thanks a lot :)

Great Chalet in handy location

We stayed in the chalet over new years and really enjoyed our stay. The chalet was well stocked with plates and cutlery and had sufficient table space for 8 of us. all the rooms had two single beds in them and all the storage we needed. the location of the chalet was ideal, as it was a short walk into the centre of morzine and a 3 min walk to the bus stop to take you up to the Avoriaz ski lift.
