The Villa is the perfect indulgent gateway for families, couples and singles alike. The Villa offers amenities and is near local attractions so visitors can choose their vacation experience, whether it be relaxing or invigorating. This is a 4 bedroom property and sleeps up to 10 people . Kenda villa is well located in a safe area which is not isolated and is accessible by plane or car. While the area around Diani beach is safe and secure we employ the service of a security guard on a 24 hour basis.
The fully equipped kitchen features a gas cooker, a refrigerator, a toaster and a microwave. Sufficient kitchen utensils are available. A chef can also be contracted at reasonable rate per day, for those who wish to have this service.
Its also possible to arrange to have fresh fish and seafood brought straight to your door by local fishermen. Depending on the season you can buy lobsters, prawns, crabs, red snapper and many other assorted fish direct from the fishermen.
Our self catering• villa rental include daily housekeeping service of your villa including linen and towel service. The housekeeper can also be hired to go into town and shop for guests for an extra daily charge. However, there are some local shops around the area and several big super markets with standard •European items just a 10 minutes drive.
When guests first arrive, every step is taken to ensure a relaxing and enjoyable first day. We can arrange for your first day shopping so that you can relax while we keep your fridge stocked up with cool refreshing drinks. Simply supply us of what you need and will supply the rest.
The villa is situated at a walking distance from of the well known Southern Palms Hotel, banks,restuarants, local shops and 5 to 10 mins drive from a golf course.

Worst possible experience.

About a week before traveling, we booked a month-long stay in this home. My family had been traveling all over the world for seven months at the time and had stayed in a variety of situations. This was BY FAR the worst experience we've had. When we arrived, the home was very dirty, the mosquito nets were ripped, the windows would not close and the cockroach problem was so bad we found them throughout the kitchen. I even found one that had crawled into my daughter's breakfast bowl right after I poured it. (Let's not even talk about the pool situation.) We reached out to the owner, who lives abroad, and at first she was responsive. We were patient, staying for five days to help work out the problems. ln that time, very little was resolved. When we decided to leave (due to health and safety concerns -- in a malaria/dengue endemic area you need to be able to shut the windows and sleep under a unripped net), we asked if she would refund half of our reservation fee. We thought that would be fair, given that we stayed five days out of a 34-day booking. Caroline refused and then, when we sent her photos of the problems, she denied that they were her home. We ended up having to dispute charge with our credit card company. After all the problems, I searched for this house and it popped up on several other booksing sites with similar bad reviews. The owner disputed/denied those as well. Do your research before booking! We MOVED TO A DIFFERENT HOUSE IN THE AREA. We paid LESS than this stay, stayed significantly closer to the beach, and had an absolutely lovely time in Diani.
